Villas Cabuya Beach & Jungle

Nice quiet location

Pros: Quiet location. Well appointed villa. Lovely pool and loungers . Nice little kitchenette and fridge all spotlessly clean.

Cons: No hot water.

Pros: The monkeys and colourful birds right outside our room, the foosball table and pool, we also loved everything about our apartment, it was great!

Relaxing and beautiful

Pros: The pool is super nice, it’s super relaxing, calming and quiet there. The apartments are spacious and very clean The taxi to montezuma is 7,000 colones We had a very nice time and even extended the stay here Perfect to call down

Quiet stay in cabuya beach and jungle

Pros: Quiet place and beautiful house. The swimming pool with aras flying around us. Nice place if you want to be far from the crowd

Cons: Nothing about the house, but the closest beach is not very good, you have to walk or drive a little bit to find better place.

We would definitely stay there again, and hopefully rent more cabinas and bring more family.

Pros: The bathroom was really cute and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was perfect. The decoration and color coordination was really nice. The location in front of the pool was great!

Cons: The only complaint I had was there was a number if we had any problems and the remote control to the TV didn’t work, and no one responded with the WhatsApp number that I wrote to that they provided. Finally, we went to the store and bought new batteries for the remote control and that was what worked. They never did respond to my message on WhatsApp that they said we could write if we needed something.

A great little get-a-way!

Pros: There was a whiteboard in front of our cabin and the key was in the door, ready for us to open. What we didn't like are suggestions to make the place a number 10! We loved staying here, kitchen was good enough for the 4 days and the pool was well maintained and nice to cool off in. Small place made for a more social setting with everyone talking to each other. An easy walk to Super Chico store where we could get supplies. We would definitely come back and hope that suggestions are looked at for next time.

Cons: The maintenance guy did not speak any English so difficult to communicate or get any suggestions but he was quick to deal with issues, like when we had no water, it was fixed quickly. The directions to the \

Fab pool and big cabins

Pros: Lovely little spot for a few nights! Our cabin was much bigger than I expected and really comfortable (even with five of us!). The pool area really makes this space - as it's only shared with a handful of cabins it was largely empty during our stay so we pretty much had it to ourselves. WiFi worked really well throughout. There was a bit of a mix up over bedding when we arrived but they sorted this super quickly. Breakfast was great - a full plate of eggs/toast or eggs/rice/beans. It's only a short walk to the National Park or a 15min drive to Montezuma. There were a handful of little restaurants in the village that were really nice too.

Nice location to escape everything and relax.

Pros: Nice cabin/villa with all you need. Good WiFi connection, big couch, big fridge, nice pool. Also the host Marco was a great guy. We saw many different birds and even monkeys from the cabin.

Cons: Nothing big. Pillows were too high for us and the beds made noice when you moved. Water pressure was low at times.

Pura Vida

Pros: I’ve stayed at the villas twice now and we’re definitely stay there again if in the neighbourhood. After six visits to Costa Rica and staying in three or four different places every time this was one of my favorites. There is only four or five cabins, so there is not many people there at all.

Cons: I’m sorry I’ve been to Costa Rica six times now and there’s nothing to dislike if there’s something that’s not to your total satisfaction get over it. You’re in a different world.
