D'Palm Villas

Amazing!! Loved it

Pros: Super nice the house was confortable beautifully decorated, nice pool, quiet, very comfortable bed. The garden is beautiful. Mike is really nice, very attentive and quick in response, also made excellent recommendations.

Pros: I had an amazing stay at D’Palm Villas! I immediately noticed how clean and well-maintained the villa was. The cleaning staff did a great job every day, ensuring everything stayed spotless. The bathroom was really nice, with warm water, and the bed was big and very comfortable. The living room was also a great place to relax, with a spacious and cozy sofa. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet only a 10-minute walk to the city and very close to the beach. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed :) Overall, I would 100% recommend D’Palm Villas to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay.

Almost luxurious experience

Pros: The facilities, cleaness, service, location, personale. Host Mike responded quick and helped us with all we needed. He also recomended great places to eat or just have a drink. The location is away from the crowded downtown but close enough to even walk. Perfect beach less than 5 min walking distance.

Cons: Everything was perfect, just a few small details like the Internet was intermittent at times.

Pros: Staying in this home exceeded our expectations - we loved everything about it. The furnishings, the vibe, the outdoor shower. Depending on the side, the rooms have wonderful daylight at sunrise or sunset. The „net“ gives the house even more specialness and allows you to participate in what is happening even if you are on different levels. We were able to watch monkeys from our bed. Its also very close to the beach where you can easily walk to the nearest Restaurants/bars. The host was very helpful and gave us lots of tips. I would move in immediately! :) Thank you for that amazing stay! <3

Pros: Our hosts were so friendly and helpful! Mike met us that evening at the property and answered all our questions and gave us recommendations for food and activities near by. He was incredibly quick and responsive to any questions I had via WhatsApp throughout our stay. The place is gorgeous!

Cons: No complaints! Just a heads up that the bathroom is beautiful but open to the elements (although still private) you can hear the birds and howler monkeys as you take a shower. Wish the water could be a bit hotter in the shower but otherwise beautiful!

Pros: These Villas are beautiful. Mike and Emilie are such wonderful hosts. The service they provide goes above and beyond expectations. We loved it there and will stay here again. Thank you so much The complex is at the Malpais end of town so is quieter which is nice, but it's just a walk to the main strip. The pool is a shared space between the villas and the beach is a few minutes walk. There is daily housekeeping which is done to a high standard.

FANTASTIC!!!! A JUNGLE GEM!

Pros: I'm not one to often leave reviews, but I feel compelled to make an exception for D'Palm Villas. My stay there was exceptional, and the experience was beyond what I expected. Mike, the manager, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests are delighted. His genuine care shines through, aiming to guarantee everyone has a fantastic time in Mal Pais. The villas are stunning. They're newly constructed, thoughtfully designed, snug, modern, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. It's a fusion of contemporary tropical vibes and a beach cottage nestled in the jungle. The location is unbeatable: nestled in the serene, verdant jungle of Mal Pais, yet just a stone's throw from the vibrant restaurants and stores of Santa Teresa. Plus, it's a mere 5-minute walk to the beach. If you're planning a trip to the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, I wholeheartedly recommend D'Palms villas. I, for one, will surely return.

Great villa next to a beautiful beach and with fantastic facilities

Pros: We've had a fantastic stay at the freshly completed D'Palm Villas! The villas are located close to a great stretch of a beach and are very comfortable and stylishly decorated. Mike and Emilia were welcoming and available to give us tips on where to eat in Santa Teresa, as well as helping us to arrange surfing lessons. We'd love to come back in the future!
