Alma Tropical - Luxury Villa Experience in Santa Teresa

I loved staying here, just wish the gate had a sign.

Pros: Loved the room, and the utilities were great. Good access to the beaches, a 15 minute walk from the town ( playa carmen). Main Santa Teresa is a 15 minute drive from the location. The host was very communicative, and helped us answer all our questions.

Cons: It was quite difficult to find, there wasn’t any clear signs on the gate.

Pros: Perfectly set on a tarmac road. For Santa Teresa very rare because of the dusty roads.

Cons: Nothing.

Just perfect!

Pros: Wonderful place to stay: very clean and stylish. We really loved the beds, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Our host Jordan was sooo friendly and kind!! Also the Wifi worked very well.

Cons: Nothing, everything was just perfect!

Amazing and modern place close to beach

Pros: We were mostly happy with the outdoor kitchen and adjacent pool. Besides that we found that the stay was clean, had a good shower and comfortable bed, secure parking lot, equipped with a proper AC and close to the beach! Especially the very cool tide pools! We were greeted by Leah who was also very kind! It’s in walking distance of the town, particularly when strolling over the beach, although some might find it too far (about 15 to 20mins).

Cons: We didn’t dislike anything. Just keep in mind that the frogs in the area tend to make a really loud noise at night. Also, the stay may be difficult to find because there isn’t really a sign. But luckily Leah was there to help us out!

It was lovely. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Pros: The building is beautifully designed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything I needed and bonus coffee supply! The common area is a nice touch if you want to socialize and meet new people or have when renting out the whole place for a group! Close to two beach access’ and a nice distance just out of town.

Cons: No internet while I was there. Front sliding door wouldn’t unlock/open. No conditioner in the shower. On a noisy road.

When can we come back?

Pros: House is amazing! Leah was amazing and so helpful. So sad we had to leave! Short walk into the centre of town and the beach! 100% recommend!

Alma tropical un bello lugar

Pros: El alojamiento es impeclable, las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, al ser un grupo todo el lugar estaba a nuestra disposición, por lo que el área común y la independencia de las habitaciones se hace fantástico. El parqueo debe respetar una servidumbre de paso, pero permite varios carros con facilidad. Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, sea para ir a pie o en carro, de ir en grupo, sin duda sería mi primera opción.

Cons: Todo me gusto, pero si hay que tomar en cuenta que es ideal para viajar en grupos, para una estadía íntima es ideal, pero es más una cuestión de gusto, a razón de ir en pareja, debe estar con la idea de que realmente se debe compartir con los otros huéspedes.

Pros: Es ist sehr elegant eingerichtet. Santa Teresa liegt in Gehdistanz gut erreichbar.

Cons: Die dritte Person schläft auf einer Luftmatratze, was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Uns war anhand der Beschreibung nicht ganz klar, dass es sich um ein Haus mit 4 Zimmern handelt, wobei der Aufenthaltsbereich geteilt wird.

Pura Vida en Santa Teresa

Pros: ¡Excelente estancia! El lugar es muy bonito, con instalaciones impecablemente limpias. La cama es muy cómoda y se descansa de maravilla. Las áreas comunes, especialmente la piscina, invitan a quedarse un buen rato. La cocina está totalmente equipada, perfecta para cocinar sin extrañar nada. Además, la ubicación es ideal: muy cerca de la playa. ¡Súper recomendado!

Pros: Viajamos en familia y al tener la facilidad de una cocina dentro de la villa fue excelente
