Incredible Value — Spacious, Comfortable, and Perfect Location

Pros: This stay exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and overall the comfort level was excellent. The location is fantastic — it’s hard to find something this well situated in San José for this price. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, which made a big difference. Honestly, when I first booked it, the price seemed almost too good to be true. I was a bit skeptical — but it’s absolutely legitimate and worth it. For the quality, comfort, and location, you really can’t do much better. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome location

Pros: The location is top notch : near museums , city centre and Barrio Escalante for Bars & Clubs. It was really amazing the room was great including the shower and the bed comfortable. Finally the Hosts were always available

Cons: A little too much noise but I guess it comes with the location

Pros: It's in a great location, the room was very clean with great amenities, and the beds were comfortable (note: the beds are on a mezzanine with some steep, narrow steps to access). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a late check in and they helped us book a tour. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient

Pros: Very friendly staff, rooms were clean and there is hot/cold water dispensers available

Cons: Coffee/tea would have been great but there are plenty of coffee shops around

Nice stay

Pros: Apartment is big, there is everything you need, even if there is something missing for example regarding kitchen devices you can request it at the reception and they provide it to you. It's located in the city center next to two supermarkets and a museum, the location has also a nice garden.

Cons: It's a bit noisy in the apartment and we had no outside window

Pros: Nice and centrally located. Staff were all super lovely and helpful. My room had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs. The breakfast is also yummy and vegetarian friendly

Cons: Would’ve loved a lamp in my room, but honestly that’s a minor detail. The only other thing, which isn’t necessarily their fault, is that you need to ring the buzzer on the right side of the door to get in before you have a key. It would just be helpful to know that as there aren’t many instructions

Pros: Nice apartment in city Center, close to 2 supermarkets and museums, a little bit tricky to find, but in general everything was good

Great stay

Pros: Great stay !! Large apartment with small kitchen and a fridge. Tv with Netflix on which was great. Would recommend staying here whilst in San Jose

Quiet and relaxing stay

Pros: Clean, quiet, lovely rainforest in the middle, friendly and helpful staff, central location, good WiFi, relaxing balcony space. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: Shower could not hold temperature - moved constantly between icy cold, boiling hot, and normal temp.

Pros: Apartments have a very good location. It's safe, colorful and nice.

Cons: Our room didn't have a window in the bedroom and we got a cockroach one night. The staff didn't speak English well and I don't know why but I had to pay via PayPal and pay some extra fee as they requested the payment in advance but their system didn't want to accept my European card.
