Ohana Villas

Pros: Really nice apartment (rather than villa), since you have one floor in the same house.

Cons: The path to the ocean is kind of rough and the street needs some work (obviously not the owners fault). We had cockroaches the first day, but they quickly came and sprayed and no issues anymore.

Would defintely recommend if staying in Santa Teresa

Pros: Very easy check in. Communicative host - very quick to respond when we had a small issue with the door. Very convenient location for beach - 3 min walk away. Nice food places nearby.

Cons: Pool furniture could do with updating but very nice pool.

Very good location but slightly disappointed with value.

Pros: Good location, comfortable, clean, quiet, with a beautiful garden. Owners are very responsive.

Cons: Given the price, we were surprised not to have any toiletries or bottles of water. Unusually early check out (10am).

Perfect location in Santa Teresa

Kitchen was shared with the connected other part of the house but no problem with dad since we used it only for breakfast or making coffee. Juan is a nice host and there for questions. Not on the center but beach close and restaurants and mercados as well.

Truly unforgettable!

Pros: This place really felt like a little paradise. Surrounded by beautiful nature, with a lovely pool to relax in, it was one of the nicest stays I’ve had in a long time. The accommodation had everything you need, and the atmosphere was wonderful. On top of that, the host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everyone was well taken care of. I can only highly recommend it!

Lovely stay in Santa Teresa

Pros: Good location: 5 minutes walk from the beach (board rental at the beach front) and some very good restaurants (we recommend Eat Street, Anis, El Facon, and Chez Coco for excellent coffee). Juan was very helpful and clear via WhatsApp. The bungalow was nice and the swimming pool just perfect for a refreshing dip. We had some company from the cat at our terrace and spotted monkeys, hummingbirds, squirrels and agoutis in the garden .

Pros: great location, apartment was exactly as pictured, really spacious & clean. nice pool area, loved having yoga mats in the room & space by the pool to use these. Juan was really easy to communicate with and helpful with recommendations. thank you!

Unforgettable stay at Ohana Villas

Pros: We loved staying at Ohana Villas! The property was gorgeous and villa was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for our week stay in Santa Teresa. Juan was a great host and extremely accomodating, even finging availability for us to extend our stay an extra night due to change of plans! The property was really safely gated with space to park your car as well as a safe inside the room to store belongings. The pool was a great amenity to have as well as the yoga mats provided. Overall, we would recommend Ohana Villas to anyone visiting Costa Rica. Thanks!

Lovely spot, almost perfect

Pros: Great place to stay, just a bit off the main road, so less noise from all the quads. The Pool could use some umbrellas for shade. And the rating would go to perfect if the terrace would have a fan installed. Because it gets HOT.
