Plaza Royal Apartments

Pros: Fab apartment in Santa Teresa! You’re directly in between Playa Carmen and Playa Teresa so you have easy access to both areas :) Cleaner is lovely and super friendly and cleans the apartment every day.

Cons: Had to chase property owner for check in details when we arrived but the cleaner helped and got there in the end :)

The good and the bad

Pros: The facilities and the location make the place perfect to stay. You can have restaurants, super market and the beach just by walkin.

Cons: There are so many constructions on the area, thats unplacent. You dont want to visit the beach and hear the noice of the city around. It suppost to be a natural and relaxing place.

Pros: Location, decoration, size, comfort, ease of check in & access, well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Missing amenities & basic cooking things (like salt & pepper), power went out a couple of times and with it went water.

Pros: The cleaning ladies were very nice and attentive!! The room design was really pretty and comfortable

Cons: For the price, it's only missing a pool but i noticed there is no space. Also, the main door to the hall of the apartments should be locked and only be opened if you have a code.(the one right up the stairs) Apartment #1 door seemed like it had been forced in the past, me me feel a bit insecure that someone could get to the door easily

Excelente ubicación

Pros: Excelente ubicación y espacio amplio para dos. El baño es grande, la ducha es muy buena. La cama y las almohadas están muy bien. Tiene un balcón a la calle principal para disfrutar del aire libre y la playa está a 1 cuadra. Limpieza a diario y buena comunicación y atención de parte de la host.

Cons: El depa está lindo en general pero tiene detalles de terminación que podrían estar mucho mejor. La habitación al estar al centro del departamento no tiene ventanas. El sofá no es cómodo. No había artículos de aseo.

Pros: God beliggenhed, lyse lejligheder, dejligt varmt bad, nemt at tjekke ind og ud. Fint lille køkken med det mest nødvendige ting.

Cons: Der er kun et enkelt spejl. Rengøringen var ikke altid super grundig. Trappen til lejlighederne er over en affaldscontainer, så der lugtede virkelig dårligt hver gang man skulle ind og ud af lejligheden. Der var meget støj fra bilerne på vejen

excelente estadía

Pros: Muy lindo, moderno, tiene una ubicación perfecta. Hay servicio de limpieza todos los días.
