Close to the beach

Pros: The studio is right by the main Beach in Santa Teresa for surfing or walking. It was pleasantly quiet and has a central swimming pool which is nice for a dip after the hot weather down the beach. I had a triple bed studio with all the luxury of a fully fitted kitchenette. AC was top notch.

Ideal surf trip

Pros: Perfect for a surf trip - board shop right on your doorstep and beachfront a very short walk away. Nice and quiet to sleep with comfy bed and good AC. Secure parking and refreshing pool and shower to cool off in.

It’s a nice place, you can’t really get a better location, just don’t expect anything too fancy…

Pros: It’s very close to the beach! You’re in the middle of the hustle and bustle but feels private.

Cons: The cooking facilities aren’t very good, just a very funky hot plate for cooking on. The apartment is very dim, a few more lights would be nice.

Pros: Super Lage. Man kann direkt in 1min zu Fuss zum Strand gehen. Schöne Bungalowanlage mit Blick ins Grüne und zum Pool, welcher von Pflanzen umgeben ist und angene schattingist. Sehr ruhig trotz super zentraler Lage. Busstation 20meter entfernt. Wir haben sogar 2 Nächte verlängert. Absolut zu empfehlen. Das Beste ist die super Terrasse zu jedem Zimmer.

The property and the staff really makes you feel at home.

Pros: I liked that the property was very accessible to the beach. It also had a exclusive environment where I could get away a little bit from the crowds. The staff at the surf school was exceptional! They helped me with every thing I needed and made me feel very comfortable being there. I would definitely recommend this place and would recommend it to anyone with a little sense of adventure.

Una agradable estancia

Pros: Me gustó la ubicación, como sólo era una estancia de un día creo que tenía todo lo necesario, si creo que el check out debería ser a las 12md

Cons: Creo que falta un poquito de mantenimienoto a las áreas verdes y algunas cosas de infraestructura, la cocinita electrica la podrían sustituir con una de gas, esto le podrían agregar un plus al lugar. Pero por lo demás es un excelente lugar para una visita corta.
