The best place to stay in SJ.

Pros: This is by far the best place to stay in SJ. Even better than the only 5* hotel in the city. 10' from the airport, everything is extremely clean, working properly, and has everything you need for a night before a long flight.

Cons: NOTHING.

very kind and professional staff. Very good, wide, quite, and well equipped room,

Pros: the location, the staff always reacheable by phone

Cons: at the arrival, the free shuttle from the airport was ensured. I waithed one hour and the shuttle did not arrive. At the end, i took a taxi and the hotel refunded me.

FIVE STARS FOR SURE!!!

Pros: Amazing apartment withing minutes from the airport. Luxury accommodations, bedding, towels, incredible service from all staff members. Then add the 8 food trucks, bar, Starbucks, 2 restaurants, grocery store, spa and so much more within the attached hotel of which we had access. Free underground parking with security. This area is all fresh and newly constructed buildings. Nothing like trying to stay in San Jose. We felt safe walking around and enjoying all the food and shops. I really struggled to leave this review because it's by far one of the hidden gems we've ever stayed at and now everyone will know.

Cons: That we only stayed one night. We really would have stayed longer if we had known how much we'd enjoy staying here, but we're flying out the next day.

Cons:
