Very nice and cosy stay

Pros: Everything was good, cosy appartment, good beds, good shower, quiet location

Cons: I have never seen the host, only via whatsapp (not really a problem, but is not very personal)

Convenient and comfortable

Pros: Beds were comfortable and host was very responsive. Also we had a last minute change of plans and the free cancelations was available so we took it. It was not ideal for the host but it was paid back showing respected to the rules and empathy .

Cons: Seems very convenient place location wise and the space was good for a family. We didn’t spend much time in but perhaps some more light will brighten the space better.

Lovely stay and amazing hosts!

Pros: We loved the apartment! Communication was great and easy and we would always come back here. You can pay with card without that the staff has to be there. Perfect system.

Cons: Bit more out of the city, but because of that it was super quite which we really liked.

We loved our stay and would come back. We felt very safe and cosy.

Pros: Lot of space for family of two adults and two kids. The kitchen included salt, oil and coffee which was really nice bonus.

Cons: The neighbor dog was barking at night and cars/motorcycles were driving fast in the middle of the night.

Pros: The place was clean , coffee provided etc, but no sign letting us know which apartment building it was, and couldn't turn off the kitchen water so we just went to the supply line snd turned it off there.

Everything you need for a few days in La Fortuna

Pros: A really large apartment with everything you need for a few days in La Fortuna. Plenty of cooking equipment (kettle, microwave, toaster, cooker) and free coffee/teas. Very comfortable beds. About 10-15 min walk to the main town. Very secure parking. Easy to contact owners.

Cons: Payment process could be improved as you have to drive to owners office in town to pay. We had to go out of our way during our activities for the day to do this. Also the door and lock was a bit sticky in our room and the door knob fell off a few times.

Pros: Susana is a great host, she was always in contact with me even when things went wrong (hot water not working). she immediately move me to the next available room.and made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable
