Good value for money, great host and location, but lacking in comfort and privacy
Pros: The Host: Christian was incredibly nice and proactive. He was always available and offered extra help or amenities whenever we needed them. • Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless when we arrived, which we really appreciated. • Location: The location is excellent and made exploring the area very easy. • Value: It is definitely a budget-friendly option that delivers on the basics for the price.
Cons: • Privacy & Noise: The walls are quite thin; we could easily hear the neighbors, which made it feel less private. • Comfort: The beds were not very comfortable, and the pillows/linens felt a bit dated. • Amenities: Some of the basics, like the soap, felt a bit cheap, and the kitchen is not fully equipped for anyone planning to do serious cooking.

Pros: Bed was nice and large. Host was kind and helpful Free laundry service was also great
Cons: It was a bit loud, we could hear the people in the room next to us when they were in the bathroom or had the tv on. It was not a lot and we slept fine because the others were silent then too but just something to know. There were also multiple times we had to wait for the gate so not great if you are in a hurry.

Pros: La ubicación estaba muy bien, una urbanización con seguridad privada. La habitación tenía también una mini cocina y nevera ideal si quieres comer un día en casa.
Cons: Es verdad que no había mucha privacidad si quieres tener luz natural, pero ya sabíamos eso.

Lindo y acogedor
Pros: La habitación es confortable tal y como se ve en las fotos, la cama es cómoda. Cristian siempre estuvo muy atento a cualquier duda y se aseguro que todo estuviera bien. Muy cerca hay un restaurante que se come delicioso.
Cons: Se escucha un poco de ruido de las otras habitaciones

Wonder peaceful location
Pros: Wonderful style and view of the Volcano. Great amenities and kitchenette. Super nice host. Two restaurants within walking distance. Luisito’s and Las Tablas. Mini Super Cristian within a mile.

Toller Aufenthalt!
Pros: Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Christian war super nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat kostenlos unsere Wäsche super schnell gewaschen. Die Anlage ist schön und die Wohnung auch. Wir konnten immer nach weiteren Dingen wie z.B. einem großen Topf fragen.
Cons: Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden. Der Weg zum Vulkan, zu den heißen Quellen usw. Ist etwas weiter weg. Mit einem Auto aber kein Problem.

Pros: Location is slightly out of the main strip of town, which we liked. They have Google tv in room.

ALOJAMIENTO PRÁCTICO, CÓMODO Y COMPLETO
Pros: Realmente es una casa principal dentro de una urbanización privada con acceso restringido y seguridad, con un ala añadida con varias habitaciones junto a una piscina/jacuzzi muy relajante. Al sitio se accede con coche. El anfitrión Richard, muy amable en todo momento, al llegar después de todas las indicaciones e instalarnos, nos sugirió un baño relajante en la piscina y la verdad todo un acierto. La habitación en muy tranquila con todas las comodidades posibles y vistas al volcán Arenal justo desde la cama. No tiene opción de desayuno pero no es relevante ya que con el coche estás a 5 min, donde hay de TODO y desde las 6.00 a.m o antes. Un detalle del anfitrión muy de agradecer es que se ofreció a lavar nuestra ropa (gratis!!). En definitiva, unas instalaciones muy prácticas limpias y completas ya que dentro de la habitación tienes hasta cocina!!!

Pros: Gastegeber sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, bequemes Bett, saubere Wohnung, ruhige Lage, schöner Pool
Cons: Alles eher Basic eingerichtet, Topf hat gefehlt (haben wir aber vom Gastgeber direkt holen können), etwas sensibler Bewegungsmelder im Bad, Lage (zu den Vulkan Arenal & Co. muss man wieder durch La Fortuna durchfahren), Wohnung eher dunkel
