A good base for the area

Pros: Lovely little stand alone house with a great outside area and a small private pool. We'll equipped kitchen. The two bathrooms mentioned in the description were really one bathroom and one outside toilet and shower. A little further away from La Fortuna but with a car no problem.

Cons: Only one towel per person. No tea towels or hand towels.

Pros: This is a great value for larger families who don't want to spend a fortune on hotel suites or multiple hotel rooms. There were plenty of beds and having a second bathroom/shower by the pool was helpful. My children loved watching Disney + on the outdoor TV while swimming in the afternoons after spending the day exploring La Fortuna. La Fortuna is a 15-20 minute drive so do keep that in mind. Also be mindful that you must pay in cash (colones or USD). The hostess was helpful, friendly, and prompt to respond.

Cons: If you could provide pool towels as well as shower towels, that would be helpful for guests :) Also the water does not get very warm for showering/washing dishes.

El precio es justo al lugar.

Pros: La casa muy amplia, las camas muy cómodas, en la cocina tenían de todo y suficiente, la piscina y el área de asado, excelente...

Cons: La ubicación está bien, pero no para quienes quieren estar cerca del centro de Fortuna, aunque está a unos 20 minutos aproximadamente.

Muy recomendado, algunos detalles, pero un lugar precioso.

Pros: Hermoso el lugar, con todas las facilidades, aire acondicionado y muy buena atención.

Cons: Un poco sucio el lado de rancho, mucho polvo y suciedad, la parrilla está bastante deteriorada y algunas cosas (artefactos electrónicos) muy viejas. Pero todo en la zona del rancho, porque lo demás está Perfecto.

Confortable y Acogedor

Pros: El Lugar es muy tranquilo y muy confortable y acogedor, nos gustó mucho. Fuimos con mi familia y disfrutamos mucho la piscina y el espacio exterior.

Cons: No hay ninguna cosa que no nos haya gustado del lugar.

Tolle Unterkunft - sehr privat und mit allem ausgestattet.

Pros: Sehr ruhige und private Unterkunft. Man ist ganz für sich alleine. Schöner Pool und toller Außenbereich. Alles sehr sicher da Abschließbar. Inklusive Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ebenfalls durch ein Tor gesichert.

Cons: Die Dusche wird nicht richtig heiß und in den Zimmern gibt es ein Nachtlicht an der Decke welches man nicht ausschalten kann - so einen Quatsch hatten wir noch nie erlebt. Für sanfte Schläfer ist das nichts. Ebenfalls fehlen Vorhänge an den Fenstern im kompletten Wohnbereich. Dadurch ist es Nachts nicht dunkel. Die Außenkameras sind zusätzlich mit sehr hellen Scheinwerfern ausgestattet. Sicherheit gut. Haus dadurch jedoch doppelt hell. Wir durften die Kameras tagsüber abdecken um uns nicht beobachtet zu fühlen. Das war gut. Reaktionszeiten sind leider sehr lange das sollte besser werden.
