Nature

Pros: The terrace is large and has a beautiful view. Outdoor kitchen and seating make staying in to cook dinner a pleasure. You really feel surrounded by nature yet are a convenient 15 minute drive from La fortuna.

Pros: We loved the location in the forest, very private but still close to la fortuna(with a car). The apartment is spacious and well equiped. Most recommended for coupless who looks for a beautiful and quiet place. Well-equiped open kitchen overlooking the forest. Special experience!

Beautiful apartment surrounded by nature

Pros: We really liked the apartment with our own kitchen, bathroom and hammock. It was surrounded by a big garden with a river, where we got a tour to see some animals and local plants from the owner. It is a little bit outside of La Fortuna but if you have a car, enjoy this place.

Camping but with an airconditioned bedroom

Pros: Very nice hosts, clean property with a very good aircon We stayed in the rainy season - our mistake - its called the rainy season for a reason. The kitchen and living area is open to the jungle complete with mosquitoes. This is made very clear on the site. Because it was so hot and humid and rainy we spent quite a lot of time in the bedroom with the aircon on which is not an ideal way to spend your holiday - this was not the fault of the property

Cons: The outdoor living in the rain - not the property's fault

Pros: Very spacious patio with amazing nature surrounding it. Good AC.

Cons: Would have loved some bugs screens in the windows, but the bugs were very minor

Pros: a lot of space (outdoor and indoor), a lot of green space and close to a river, enough privacy although sharing same yard with the owners, parking space, punctuality in the responses from the owners.

Cons: would be nice if there would be available some oil, coffee, tea. no sign with the name in front of the accomodation but the owners responded immediately to the phonecall. just cash payment available

Pros: Exceptional place to stay in close proximity to La Fortuna. Booked it because of the previous reviews stating you could see different animals on the property and it didn't disappoint. Hugo, the owner took the time to show us around, we saw the mama sloth, porcupines, bats, frog, lots of birds. Absolutely loved the outdoor kitchen, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Inside the house most stuff looked new and in very good condition. The double bed was really comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Would go back if ever in La Fortuna again

Cons: Everything was good
