Cozy stay @ Calma
Pros: Andrea, the host, was very helpful all the way through. We stayed for 5 nights and both check-in and check-out was flexible. The apartment was clean and tidy, with a love for detail. If needed, another cleaning and laundry was very easily organized. Best thing though: the beach is only 10min walk away.
Cons: The street is close and busy and construction work takes place all over Santa Teresa - but nothing a host can change.

Pros: This truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better, more cozy place to stay. Also, the location was great. Away from the main road, but close enough to walk to.

Pros: Very nice host and a beautiful little home Kitchen was well equipped The decorations are very stylish! Very good location for exploring the area
Cons: The road in front of the apartment is a little bit bumpy but that’s something that you have to get used to when travelling to Santa Teresa :)

Excellent small apartment with everything you need
Pros: Great little apartment with good attention to detail. A lot of small things which help make a difference like hangers, shelves, a cup for your toothbrush etc. Good pool, cute outside area and balcony, comfortable bed, and a really nice kitchen. Also, the owner was very helpful in sending us public transport schedules and instructions on how to find the place without a car. We loved it and extended one more night (would've extended more if it was available). Would definitely recommend.
Cons: The wifi could've been better, dropping out from time to time. Minor detail and not sure where to put it, but it would be nice to also have a table to eat at indoors, or another chair for the small desk.

we loved our stay at la calma! it comfortable, clean, and has good beach access.
Pros: andrea and her husband were the perfect hosts. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make it feel like our second home. it was nice to have a functional kitchen and the private balcony overlooking the tiny pool provided a quiet place to start our day, and act as a refuge from the bustle of santa teresa.
Cons: the property is right on the main road which has become increasingly busy with vehicular traffic. the busyness of the traffic and the construction on the road meant for loud mornings. this is no fault of our wonderful hosts, and sadly more a result of things developing too fast in the area.

Belles découvertes de plages et tranquillité
Pros: La tranquillité, la proximité des plages et la disponibilité et gentillesse de Francesca, la propreté des lieux. Ils ont changé nos serviettes durant notre séjour et fait le ménage de notre appartement.
Cons: La seule chose il manquait un micro ondes. Cela aurait été pratique car il n'y avait pas de four.

An oasis of comfort and shade in busy Mal Pais/ St Teresa.
Pros: It’s in a great location, on a quiet street, very close to the tidal pools at Mal Pais. Also less than 10 minutes walk into the heart of ST. The apartments are lovely, well laid out with a great little kitchen and the outdoor patio we had was a treat to hang out in. Comfy bed, bathroom was great. The next door property has howler monkeys so we heard them each morning and evening. Francesca and Luisa who look after the property are wonderfully welcoming and helpful. We were sorry to move on. ❤️
