Surfside Apartments - Playa Carmen

Pros: It had a kitchen and that's handy in santa teresa if you're staying a while. Central location. Very nice staff .

Pros: Great price value, many good restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance, 5 minutes by foot from the beach Friendly and helpful staff

Very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Pros: The room is exactly as pictured and super clean (which is my main priority). Everyone was super nice and helpful and the office downstairs also rents ATVs and does tours which is very convenient and definitely added a lot to my stay. I loved it here and will be staying again!

Pros: Very comfortable place to stay. Quiet, the bed was comfy, nice bathroom and shower with plenty of space for toiletries. Room was very cool, hardly needed to use the AC. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and small appliances.

Great place to stay for surfing on Carmen beach

Pros: The room was very comfortable, it has a sofa, a very large comfy bed, ceiling fan and great AC not directly over the bed, very nice bathroom and a great kitchen with a gas cooktop. The giant window lets in a lot of light and although I didn't see it in the photos there was a small desk to sit and put the laptop, which was an added bonus, and makes it a great place to work from too. Wifi works great and each room has a key locker outside where you can leave the keys when you go out to surf. It's 5 minutes walking to the beach (although not direct as the location on the map could suggest, you need to go through the main road). I was allowed a pretty early check-in as the room was available when I arrived. Close to everything you might need, supermarket, bars, restaurants, rentals, tours, etc. They do rentals for quads and bikes too and the prices seemed quite fair.

Cons: The kitchen only had two frying pans (one small one medium), no cooking pots or larger pans, which kinda defeats the point of it having a nice cooktop. I asked the hostess if it was possible to get some, got a yes but then didn't get any and didn't insist as I was only staying 5 nights. There was no cleaning during my 5 night stay nor asking if I would like, the hot water ran erratically and there's an unloading dock for the supermarket right behind - it wasn't a problem for me because I wake up very early, but otherwise it does create a bit of noise when they unload in the morning, guess if you use earplugs you'll be fine anyway.

Cómodo y céntrico.

Pros: Apartamento cómodo, Cama king side muy confortable, aire acondicionado en muy buenas condiciones, el baño excelente, muy buena iluminación en general. Si necesitas algo de menaje de la cocina solo se lo pides a Sarah y ella te ayuda.

Cons: Hay una bodega que queda justamente detrás de los apartamentos y muy temprano por las mañanas llegan camiones que hacen mucho ruido, así que si no te levantas temprano, difícilmente vas a poder dormir después de las 7 am. En la noche eso si es muy tranquilo ( no hay ruido) y se puede descansar sin ningún problema.

Comfort aan zee

Pros: Een fijn en ruim appartement om de hoek van het prachtige strand. Fijne restaurants in de omgeving zonder echt de drukte van het dorp mee te krijgen. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.
