Agutí Apartment

A great and luxurious place in optimal location in town! Very friendly and helpful host!

Pros: Breakfast not included but there is a fully equiped kitchen and one can make up the best breakfasts there. Everything worked was clean and nicely furnished.

Cons: There is actually nothing to complain about!

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had good amenities. The location is great, it’s a short walk to restaurants and cafes. The host is very helpful and was wonderful in assisting us organise a tour, as well as transfer to our next location. Madelyn is really great ☺️

Amazing and helpful host. Clean and convenient location near Manuel Antonio area

Pros: Host was super responsive and helpful with booking tours. Apt was very clean and spacious. Location is very convenient off the main road about 5 mins walk to bus station. Supermarket is 5 mins walk along with local Sodas and restaurants. It was very safe and clean place. We would definitely come back again!

Cons: Bath and shampoo option can improve. We end up buying our own shower gel to use.

Pros: Wonderful and helpful host. Apartment was very clean and modern. Would have stayed longer if we could.

Quiet, clean and perfect two night stay.

Pros: Fantastic location near to Manuel Antonio National Park. Quiet, clean and full of everything you need for a short stay. Lots of good bars and restaurants around the corner too. Howler Monkey alarm call from trees in the near distance was something to behold.

Cons: Nothing.

Great host and Convenient location

Pros: Madelyn was great, very attentive and helpful. The area is amazing with plenty of animals passing by ( particularly the howler monkeys in the nearby trees and the scarlet macaws which always seemed to perch n the tree directly in front of the kitchen window. Conveniently located near the supermarket and bus stops. There is also a nice lookout near the supermarket to watch the sunset. The area feels very safe.

Cons: The property has a decent amount of outdoor space but to really appreciate it, I think some outdoor seating / a bench would be very handy to enjoy all of the passing wildlife. We had bedbugs on the first night, but I don\

Best place in Manuel Antonio.

Pros: Very flexible with check-in time. Great kitchen. The whole room was more than what we needed, really exceeded our expectations. Good price too.

Brilliant hosts made my stay very comfortable in a lovely apartment.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, entire apartment including cooking facilities, A/C worked well, and a very reasonably priced laundry serviced offered. The property manager was FANTASTIC and extremely helpful answering my many questions quickly, and helped me to book a brilliant night wildlife tour.

Really excellent stay.

Pros: The owner was so helpful with information about getting around and going to the park. The apartment was really nice, super clean and had everything I needed and more. I would happily stay there again.
