Pros: Location was excellent. Staff lovely and helpful.

Cons: Air con was so noisy. You could not keep it on at night. Hence hot in the night.

Pros: generally a nice hotel with delicious breakfast and lovely breakfast staff and the hotel is close to important landmarks in the city.

Cons: Just a small note: we were three people in the room, and when we asked at the reception for an extra cup and coffee capsule since there were only two, we were told it wasn’t possible. I believe a bit more flexibility and enthusiasm in service would have made it easy to accommodate this small request.

Pros: The room is clean & spacious. The gym is alright as well and the breakfast buffet is solid for the price of the room. Staff is friendly and they let us use the lobby all day while waiting for our late night bus.

Cons: The location is quite noisy from the main road and the windows are not soundproof at all.

Cons: Rooms to the street get the morning trafic noise, but for a touriste stay wasn’t bothering us.

Pros: The location is very good, close to nice places to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included. There was also a small gym room.

Pros: Location was great for exploring on foot. The staff were good, friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. There was a bit of noise from the traffic outside but not enough to put it in the what we didn't like box.

Pros: Great location to visit San Jose city centre. Staff were very helpful and as it’s 24 hour reception able to check in easily after a late flight after midnight. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: Air con very noisy as an old system. Rooms are a bit dated and tired but what you’d expect from a city centre hotel

Excellent stay in San Jose

Pros: Very comfortable bed and excellent hot water pressure. The included hot breakfast was also bery tasty.

Cons: We were initially placed in a room on the street level. It was very noisy with traffic and a blower vaccum at 630am. We asked to be moved for our secomd night and Donavan couldn't have been more helpful. We were given a quiet room on the top floor at the back of the property.

Highly recommended

Pros: I’ve stayed here many times and I will come back again. Good location, just few blocks from the center. The building is in a good shape and security is good too.

Cons: Nothing to dislike
