Casa Suculenta

Pros: We arrived at Casa Succulenta after spending 2 weeks in Costarica and we needed a place where to rest and recharge. The place was just what we.needed. it is clean, two comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen , a working washing machine and a dryer. The hot tub is.a added luxury! In addition. Andrea the host was a pleasure to interact wirh: very responsive and super helpful. Andrea even booked for us the best zipline experience! 100% recommended!

Cons: All perfect

Pros: The bedrooms were modern and there was space to put your things. It was nice to have a tv with netflix. The kitchen has the most important tools. The jacuzzi is a nice plus. The host was very responsive and helped us with all out needs.

Cons: In one bedroom it was hard to sleep without earplugs because you could hear everything from the outside, every car, people talking, the dogs barking almost the whole night. The kitchen and living room was quite small and very dark. I‘d say it‘s a bit expensive for what you get.

Pros: Excellent host, nice house and beds, perfect for a family. The jacuzzi is great!

Estadía perfecta en Monteverde

Pros: Nuestra experiencia en Casa Suculenta fue excelente. El alojamiento es amplio, cómodo, seguro y estaba impecablemente aseado. Su ubicación en Monteverde es ideal, ya que está cerca de muchos atractivos turísticos de la zona. El jacuzzi fue perfecto para relajarnos y descansar después de un día de aventura. Andrea fue una anfitriona sumamente atenta desde el inicio, siempre pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda y brindándonos un trato muy amable. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos.

Pros: Casa Sucalenta was great stay for our family of 4. We had a 3 day stay in Monteverde during the Christmas holiday and this rental met all of our needs. Andrea, the host, was very communicative and clear with each question leading up to our stay and while we were there. Having the full size washer/dryer was great! It helped with our extended stay once we moved on to our next location. It had just the right amount of amenities.

Cons: Casa Sucalenta is located very conveniently to all of the tourist activities and places you may want to go to. However, it is in a local neighborhood in which the roads are not paved. Poor road conditions were there throughout Monteverde /Santa Elena. Our host, of course, has no control over this but, it is one thing that took getting used to. The property itself is behind a secured gate which was helpful in feeling safe.

The facility made a good visit with friends better by removing any hassles about the stay.

Pros: Good location, very secure, and the property was nicely furnished and comfortable. It was also a short walk to a very nice restaurant up the street for those who don't wish to \
