Pros: The staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful.

Cons: A chopping board would be helpful in the apartment Apart from that it was fantastic!

Pros: Very clean apartment, nice big shower, cold enough even without the AC.

Cons: You can hear everything from the street - some music from the nearby shop, restocking in the middle of the night, people yelling, birds in the morning and so on. And the street is a bit shady itself - we had to check in after dark and I don't recommend this experience. Also unfortunately personnel doesn't speak English at all.

Lovely apartment

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is ideal for walking around the centre of San Juan

Cons: No hot water at the kitchen sink and no kettle to boil water for washing plates etc.

Lovely place to stay

Pros: Comfortable apartment in a good location for all things at San Jose

Cons: Door access card did not work, had to call management twice to get into the building.

Cons: No me fue fácil contactar con el hotel para ayuda para la ubicación.

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación y todo el lugar estan impecables, y está muy bien equipado el departamento.

Cons: Esto no depende del alojamiento en sí, pero al menos en nuestra habitación, hubo ruido TODA LA NOCHE porque toco día de viento y había algo (un techo o chapas) que se movían y sonaban. No descansamos muy bien

One door entrance buy nice inside

Pros: In place now its clean , small fridge and kitchenette and 2 bedrooms and quaint hidden with one door and sign outside on 6 av and 3 calle . It has air conditioning nice and a nice shower but if your older and there many stairs to climb for disable persons . Overall I give it 8.6 out of 10 Outside 2 blocks from shopping outdoor mall area but this block looks a bit homeless at night but im fine overall and mostly enjoyed it . Internet 5 / 10 too. And there a near 24 hora recepition person here even if they dont answer phone or email so far is.
