Apartaestudio La Capital

A really nice apartment spoiled by an issue which can be fixed easily.

Pros: Convenient location near the heart of the city. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons: The street is actually noisy early in the morning and the terrace door was locked in an open position so it was impossible to shut it properly and keep the noise out, especially the pelican crossing nearby

A small jewel in the center of San Jose

Pros: Very clean. Very convenient/central location. Quiet, not noisy. Large balcony & windows. Great shower with hot water. Room has a table and chairs. Very large and comfortable bed, with many pillows. Elegant decoration.

Cons: There is no kitchen to cook. Only a boiler for filter coffee. The main entrance is a bit narrow, if you carry luggage.

Good comfortable stay

Pros: The accommodation was very clean and tidy with lots of space to move around. The room was right on a main road which was very noisy but I understand this can't be helped with the location. There was a cafe right underneath which was delicious. The location was great and was within walking distance of the town centre. The hosts were polite and helpful. The room was cleaned and the towels of the hotel were provided and of good quality.

Cons: No instructions of how to get into the property. Got to the property and just ran the button in hope someone would answer.

Lovely apartment but not suitable for after hours check in.

Pros: The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. Diego was very helpful.

Cons: It was only by chance that we saw a man coming out of the roller door next door and it happened to be Diego. None of my messages to the property much earlier asking about their airport transfer and then advising we would be late due to my lost bag were answered. There is no sign for the property on the building or the buzzer and no-one amswered. The bathroom had a strong drain smell.

Pros: Clean, comfortable apartment in a central location close to bars & restaurants. Good value for money. Friendly staff.

Cons: Smelly drains in bathroom. Inconsistent WiFi.

Pros: Lovely, spacious room with balcony and great shower. Good location in city centre, safe and secure. Short walk to museums, national theatre and parks. Good restaurants and cafes around Ideal for a short city stop over.

Pros: Pleasant, clean, comfortable, good position to the city centre.

Great location, modern facilities but smell from the drains did take away from the property. Review would be excellent i

Pros: It was centrally located and perfect for a short stay in San Jose. It’s a very modern building with excellent facilities. Host was very responsive and nice.

Cons: There was a smell from the drains in the bathroom which was prominent as soon as you walked into the room.

Modern and comfortable, good value for money

Pros: Modern, clean, comfortable, nice balcony. The staff is friendly.

Cons: The property was great, the surrounding area was a bit rough for us, as we were travelling with a toddler.

My definite go to place for return visits to San Jose and referring to local friends.

Pros: Little gem of a beautifully appointed, safe and clean, 2nd fl. studio with patio in the heart of downtown. Convenient parking and walkable to museums, theatres and through Chinatown. Taxis readily available.

Cons: Well, you are in the heart of the city. So, more traffic, buses and hardworking people. You can safely watch from above or enjoy the adventure of securing your bag and walking the streets, restaurants and adventure of being downtown.
