Ticked all the boxes, ideal spot to be 3 mins walk to the beach
Pros: This is such a good place to stay - so close to the beach and between loads of bars / restaurants / supermarket (everything you need). The apartment is clean, comfy, has all the amenities (coffee machine, toaster, fridge, stove, microwave etc). The host, Mauricio, is super friendly and helpful. I took a bunch of surf lessons with him as well which I would recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the middle of Santa Teresa by eat street. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Great wifi, great AC, highly recommend.

Very comfortable!
Pros: After travelling for 4 months, it was great to finally have my own space in this beautiful apartment! Clean, kitchen utilities were great, comfy. Location was fantastic, close to many restaurants, the beach. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe. Mauricio was fantastic and I look forward to coming back and staying again here!

Pros: Amazing location in the best part of Santa Teresa just a few minutes walk to the beach. Complex is very secure and has a big apartment including refrigerator, stove, blender and plenty of kitchenware. Very close to great restaurants, nightlife, mini mart, surf and atv rentals. Helpful and friendly hosts.
Cons: A queen bed would make it a 10. The water went out a couple times but not uncommon for this area.

Lovely place to stay in St. Teresa, more so if you're looking to surf.
Pros: It's a very comfortable studio. The host Maurício was very helpful, allowed me a quite early check-in as the unit was ready and gave me great tips for the area and surf, always responsive when needed. I only stayed five nights but the apartment was cleaned and towels/lining changed once which is appreciated. The unit has a very well equipped kitchen, with all needed kitchenware for cooking/preparing, a two plate induction stovetop that actually works great, toaster/microwave/blender/coffee maker, a large fridge with freezer, great AC, fan, nice bathroom, always working hot water, large bright window. The location is great, out and a straight line down to St. Teresa beach, there's everything you need nearby as well. Will definitively stay again if I visit St. Teresa again.
Cons: Nothing really.

Great stay in a beautiful apartment
Pros: Beautiful apartment, aircon, well equipped and various small kitchen appliances, supplied with a beach towel and bath towel, good location, very clean, safe, good value for money, would definitely recommend, looks better than the pictures in real life

Great apartment especially for longer stays
Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment that has everything you need directly located at Playa Santa Teresa. Friendly and helpful host as well.
Cons: Payment has to be made in cash (or additional fees for card payments apply) and there are not many ATMs located in the near area.

Pros: Lovely little place near the ocean! Clean and comfortable, with hot water, and good AC. Mauricio also took me for a surf lesson which was good fun and value for money. Felt safe and secure.

Pros: The apartment was even better than on the pictures, very clean and spacious. There is no reception, but Mauricio was there within 5 minutes when we arrived. He was also very quick to respond on WhatsApp and wanted to help us with everything. A nice secure place for our car behind a gate. And a nice kitchen with everything you need.
Cons: There were some red ants...but I guess you can't do much about them.
