Great apartment near the sea

Pros: Lovely clean property. Wonderful high ceiling, comfy beds and good bathroom & kitchen fitted out well. Vanessa who was our support on site was amazing, she helped with directions, ferry bookings, suggestions for eating out. She was contactable by WhatsApp for any issues. She was really responsive, super helpful and a real gem! Thx Vanessa so much

Cons: It would have been helpful to have pool towels available for us to use

Very pleasant place

Pros: Nice location and comfy beds. Big living room and a kitchen with all the essentials. The just was easy to get a hold on, if something was wrong/missing.

Cons: There was no sun beds by the pool.

A hidden gem!

Pros: Excellent location, big balcony, comfortable bed and nice pool. Vanessa was really helpful and friendly. She even managed to sort out forwarding some items we had left behind. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation and perfect spot in Santa Teresa

Pros: Great, private accommodation very centrally located in Santa Teresa. Nancy is a superhost and we loved walking to the beach in just a few minutes.

Cons: There were quiet some mosquitoes.

Pros: - Super Lage in Strandnähe - wir hatten ein Apartment mit Terrasse - wir konnten früher einchecken und wurden herzlich willkommen - Kaffee für den ersten Morgen wurde zur Verfügung gestellt

Pros: Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y preocupados por todo. Reservamos a último minuto y estuvieron ahí para recibirnos enseguida. Además decidimos cambiar nuestra reserva y nos ayudaron, no tuvimos problemas con nada. Muchas gracias!

Cons: Estábamos con niños y el gato nos preocupaba un poco. Quería meterse en la casa, no podíamos dejar a los niños solos afuera por miedo a que los lastime. Quizás en esos casos deberían llevarlo a otro lado.

Excelente alternativa a pasos de la playa

Pros: Es un lugar realmente muy bien ubicado!! Caminas a la mejor playa, a lugares de surf, restoranes, a pasos de un supermercado. Tomamos la casa con dos dormitorios y fue la estadía perfecta!! Mejor de lo esperado. Fue como estar en una casa de veraneo.

Spacious apartments with nice details. Perfect location close to beach and businesses.

Pros: Property manager, Vanessa, was very attentive. We had an issue with the key, she was immediately available and resolved the issue. Location is perfect for easy walk to the beach, small grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed the sunset on the beach every evening. Each unit has an decent amount of privacy from the adjacent units. Kitchen set-up is more than sufficient to create a real meal. Restaurants are expensive in the area and we saved a lot of money by making most of our own meals. This central location can have a lot of street and neighbor noise. The unit is surprisingly well insulated and we could not hear any street noise while inside with windows closed. Very comfortable beds. We fully enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Muy cerca de la playa y con fácil acceso caminando a la mejor parte de la playa y cercano a restaurantes y minisuper. Camas cómodas, apartamento limpio, espacioso, y tranquilo. Exc anfitriona, Vanesa está siempre atenta a atender las necesidades. Volvería al mismo hospedaje.
