Centrale locatie en wakker worden tussen de dieren

Pros: Heel fijn contact met de host. Het appartement ligt op een super centrale locatie en is erg ruim. Er is parkeerplek wanneer je met de auto bent en er wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt in de badkamer en het vuilnis wordt meegenomen. Je wordt letterlijk in de ochtend wakker tussen de howler aapjes, welke van heel dichtbij te zien zijn. Echt uniek!

Cons: Het straatje is erg gehorig, sowieso de mensen boven je hoor je goed lopen maar vooral de lokale buren welke de hele nacht feesten. Maar dit hoort ook wel een beetje bij de plek Santa Teresa. Neem goede oordopjes mee en je hebt nergens last van :)

Pros: A la llegada nos confundimos un poco con la entrada para el carro, el parqueo y la entrada en si del hospedaje. Uno de los dos se bajó y fue a preguntar y entonces ya vimos donde era para dejar el carro y por donde se entraba a la recepción. Con la comida, nosotros nos preparamos el desayuno. Las opciones de comer afuera son muy variadas y muy buenas, pero son caras.

Cons: El anfitrión debería mostrar un poquito más de alegría, o entusiasmo al recibir huéspedes nuevos y respetar las horas de salida. Se entiende que hay personas que no respetan las horas de salida, pero si hay otros que si, entonces no estar como insistiendo.

Pros: El amor y la energía hermosa que se siente en cada detalle de las habitaciones. No dejaron nada sin atender. Todo es perfecto.. Amé este lugar.

Cons: Algunas personas (huéspedes) no cierran el portón eb la noche . Se les debe advertir.

Pros: Sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und einer Terrasse, auf der man sich gut geschützt aufhalten kann. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons: Leider war das ZahlenTürschloss am Tor defekt, soll aber bald ausgetauscht werden.

Perfect little gem in the heart of Santa Teresa!

Pros: This place was fantastic!! After a terrible experience @ our previous Airbnb, we were embraced when we landed here! The staff were amazing, the place had everything we needed, as secure & in a great location. Couldn’t have asked for more! Adriana who runs the place & owns Don Jon’s was so wonderful!! We highly recommend & will stay here next time we’re back in town.
