Excellent location and great facilities.

Pros: Excellent location across the road from the beach. A large apartment with plenty of room for five guests. Lovely balcony and great pool area. A clean property with everything you need including a dishwasher, and a washer and drier for your clothes.

Pros: Location excellent. Host more than amazing, Andrey was there for every question we had. Parking is good for safety. They also have 2 parking spaces. Apartment in general was amazing, 2 big rooms with 2 full bathroom. Full kitchet with everything you needed to cook or just to wash something.

Cons: Bathrooms could be improve as there were some holes under the sink but in general everything was perfect.

Pros: Appartement beau, propre et tout équipé. Il est très bien situé, près de la plage, des restaurants et des boutiques qui sont accessibles à pieds. Le balcon et la piscine sont un must! Nous avons aussi vu des singes hurleurs dans les arbres près du stationnement! Le stationnement est très sécurisé avec un gardien qui surveille la barrière. Nous reviendrions ici sans hésiter!

Bel endroit, bien situé

Pros: beau grand condo confortable et bien situé. Près de la plage et des boutiques et restaurants.

Cons: Comme souvent dans les condos locatifs, l'entretien manque (couteau qui ne coupe pas, cafetière filtre très lente, lave-vaisselle pas fixé et qui bouge quand on ouvre et ferme la porte...)

Excellent stay!

Pros: Very clean, comfortable & roomy condo. Excellent location right across the street from the beach, restaurants & shops. Large clean pool, enjoyed this condo very much!

Pros: Todo, absolutamente todo. Esta bien equipado, la ubicación era excelente. La piscina increible. La tv tenia opción de netflix. Las dos habitaciones contaban con baños dentro de la habitación.

Ubicación espectacular, apartamento supercompleto y cómodo

Pros: Ubicacion espectacular, a 100 pasos de la playa. El apartamento es super cómodo para una familia o dos parejas, ya que son dos habitaciones independientes y cada una con su baño. Está super bien equipado, te dejan hasta toallas para bajar a la playa (se agradece!). Nosotros estuvimos 3 dias, y nos sirvió para ir a nuestro aire, sin horarios y relajarnos. La piscina es un plus. Andando puedes ir a todo: a la playa, al super, a cenar, de tiendas. Eso si, los precios de toda la zona en general, son bastante altos.

Cons: En realidad, NADA!!! Si acaso, algunos detalles del apartamento que están más estropeados por el propio uso, y necesitan algun mantenimiento sencillo. Pero poco más.

Cons: Had some issues with hot water in one room. Sometimes wifi was spotty.

Pros: Me encantó lo ágil y personalizado que fue el servicio brindado por el anfitrión Andrey, el apartamento cumplió con todas las espectativas, como espacios, accesos, utencilios y decoración. Definitivamente volveré

Nice stay if you want to work in a beach part of your vacation and be close to beach
