Pros: Beautiful, spacious, clean condo, perfect for our family with teens. Very well appointed with everything you need for a day at the beach. Great amenities and location. We enjoyed the pool area and easy access to the beach across the street. Staff was responsive when needed.

Cons: We were sent the incorrect key code (twice!) just a day ahead of our stay and had to contact the after hours help to access the condo. They were responsive and able to help us immediately. Similarly, the wifi was not functional when we arrived, but it was fixed the next day.

Pros: Das Apartment ist wirklich TOP. Die Ausstattung ebenso. Die Lokation ist auch super. Die Aussicht auf den Pool, der auch sehr groß ist fantastisch war. Hier stimmte wirklich alles. Aber die Vermittler Blue Zone Experience, die ûber Booking auch uns das Apartment vermieten haben, mit denen gab es Ârger. Nach dem 1.Tag wollten Sie, dass wir das Apartment wechseln. Wir mussten um 14:00 uhr sich das „neue „ Apartment ansehen. Als wir es sahen, war dass nicht vergleichbar. Wir wollten dass nicht. Die Vermittlerin sagte es gäbe ein Fehler bei der Reservation. Wir lehnten ab. Am nächsten Tag schrieben Sie wieder, dass die Bezahlung nicht kam. Wir haben denen geschrieben, dass dass nicht stimmt. Später dann schrieben sie wieder, dass sie eine Kaution von uns brauchen…

Cons: Booking raten wir mit den Vermittlern zu sprechen. Man hat eine gute Laune, wenn man den ganzen Tag im Urlaub schreiben muss.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful condo, amazing pool, access to beach was super easy, conveniently located. Olber at BlueZone was very attentive and assisted us with planning excursions as well.

Cons: AC went out for a night but they were able to get it up and running the next day. There were some other issues with water faucet not working and the toilet broke but the maintenance staff was very responsive and resolved all issues satisfactorily and quickly.
