Cosy Apartment near the Lake

Cute little jungle house

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, and goes around in a circle. Feels like you are staying in a small jungle. Jessica was very friendly and nice and her dogs kept us company for some hours when we arrived and the next day before leaving. It is a lovely farm, spacious, where you can spot lots of birds, leaf cutter ants and even the odd scorpion or tarantula. Felt like the proper introduction before our trip to Monteverde.

Cons: It can be a bit noisy with wildlife at night.

Pros: Jessica is totally sweet and generous. The dogs on the property brings joy. The many different fruit trees on the proprety are also beautifull.

Pros: We liked the experience, it was quite interesting. The property is located on the plantation, so it is very silent surrounding, if it is not raining. It is nicely done with some traditional touch. And has enough utilities and space. They also have a nice cute dogs :)

Cons: It was very difficult to find it, especially in the darkness (would be nice to have some sign). But with the help of the host we managed it :) The roof is not sound isolated (just a metal sheet), and it was raining the whole night. So if you have no earplugs and it is raining, it might be a rough night :) Everything was quite moist. And there shower for me was a bit too cold.

Cons: All of it . Jesica is wonderful to meet

Pros: Hermoso lugar y muy tranquilo. Perfecto para quiénes buscan privacidad y calma.

J’ai adoré me réveiller entourée de végétation, les deux chiens de la propriétaire sont venus nous faire une petite visi

Pros: L’emplacement , réveil au milieu de la nature, l’accueil chaleureux de notre hôtesse, qui nous a permis de déposer notre stock dans le frigidaire avant de continuer notre route, le logement est très bien aménagé, beau et bien équipé.

Cons: Le seul point négatif c’est le bruit de l’éolienne

A beautiful secluded little cabin surrounded by rainforest with the nicest hostess.

Pros: Jessica the hostess was a lovely person and very helpful! The little cabin was secluded and surrounded by rainforest. Friendly dogs on the property. There were ants (expected - it’s in the forest!) so ask Jessica for sugar and supplies that she doesn’t keep in the cabin. She was so sweet. We had toucans and an owl visit us in the cabin.

Cons: We suggested that they install a small microwave in the kitchen. The WiFi went out but that was due to a windstorm, not Jessica’s fault, and she got it fixed.

Maison au fond du jardin très tranquille

Pros: Une maison au fond du jardin qui vous offre une expérience unique. Le SUV n’est pas inutile pour y accéder comme souvent au Costa Rica. Hôte très sympathique, je recommande.

Un moment vrai et hors du temps.

Pros: La déconnexion totale. L'intégration et l'immersion dans la nature. La gentillesse de notre hôte. L'équipement très complet du logement. La propreté.

Finca magnífica

Pros: Nos gustó mucho la finca y la ubicación. Es un lugar muy especial y aislado perfectamente para pasar un tiempo en la naturaleza. Se sitúa dentro de la misma finca que los dueños pero aislado así que perfecto. Los dueños también super acogedores y nos recibieron muy bien. Un 10
