Uvita Boutique Studios

Fantastic stay for a fair price!

Pros: The Boutique Studios are perfect for a stay in Uvita! The rooms are brand new and by far the best we had so far for the same money compared to other accommodations. Near by is everything you need, there is a small kitchen outside and a washmaschine. The Service of the owner and his support Heather is amazing! They help with tours and informations, and problems if you might have them. Highly recommend this high quality accomodation! Playa Hermanosa is an amazing beach, cheaper and less crowded than uvita. The studios are perfect for driving there in about 5 minutes

Easy to book, arrive, check in, and check out

Pros: Owner was super attentive, easy to get there with Google maps, the owner was awaiting for us. Way cheaper than most stays we found that didn't even have the option to cook. They supply all utensils needed to cook. Also have laundry for those sweaty clothes from the heat. Area is more authentic, more locals going about their day, and cheaper prices to buy groceries.

Great stay in Uvita

Pros: The host was very helpful and responsive, the location was central and apartment had everything that I needed. I have enjoyed my stay, it was great value for money.

Cons: Everything was good. There was a problem with a water leak at one point during my stay but the host addressed the situation immediately.

Pros: The owner is really friendly and welcoming. The building is new and all the equipment is new. New queen bed. Free washer and dryer. Near Uvita waterfall and everything Playa Hermosa is a must

Enjoyed our stay in this new, modern studio while exploring beautiful Uvita

Pros: Lovely modern studio! Everything felt new and clean. We really enjoyed the aesthetic of the space and its proximity to Marino Ballena National Park. We were happy to have a gated parking spot for our rental car. A great find! We received detailed instructions on how to check in prior to our arrival. The host was helpful.

Just a few tweaks for this to be a wonderful spot!

Pros: Super friendly and responsive owner and property manager! The owner let me tag along to the beach with him one day… & was quick to deliver a cutting board when requested. The place is super clean with fancy organic shampoo and shower gel. Location is tops, just minutes walking distance to myriad shops and restaurants, the one fee-less ATM (at BCR) as well as to myriad restaurants, the Uvita waterfall, & the swimming hole at the Bamboo Forest. I liked that there are only 4 other studios, so not a very busy place at night. Also loved the washing machine. Dryer too, but didn’t need it since laundry dried so quickly in the sun this season (Feb).

Cons: I stayed in the studio without A/C. Which I might think twice about next time. I found it too humid to be inside during the day, & in the evening it was a bit difficult to rest, as there was no screen for the sliding door (so mosquitos could get in if opened for ventilation) & the one window opened next to a palm tree that scraped the corrugated roof throughout the night. The owner was extremely attentive to this, yet the issue was not fully resolved before the end of my stay.

Pros: Buen precio, a/c, la ducha sale bien caliente y con buena presion. parqueo interno cerrado.

Cons: la ubicacion no es muy bonita, me comentaron que por la noche no es bueno andar por alli.. la casa no tiene ventanas por lo que no le entra luz natural, solo una pequeña ventana en el baño. habian cajas de jeringuillas sin utilizar en la cocina.
