TAMANDUA HOMES el centro de Uvita

Pros: The accommodation was rather luxurious, with a shared swimmming pool. The size was adequate for four people. The furniture and equipment were brand new. It was conveniently located near Uvita centre and the beach. It had a small garden where we could see an agouti.

Cons: Nothing to complain

Fantastic clean, secure property in fantastic location

Pros: The accommodation was in a great location in Uvita town. Walkable to lots of amenities. It is a stunning, modern, clean property with a pool, secure parking and great cooking facilities. It felt safe and secure. There are 2 other properties but it felt nice and private on the patio. There's a laundry (which we didn't use) that would be useful. The host was really nice and quick to respond on WhatsApp to any questions on arrival. I'd recommend Cafe Vivo and the Fisticuffs pub was good. It's easy to do snorkelling and Corcovado tours from Uvita.

Cons: A safe for valuables would be a good extra but it felt safe and secure none the less. All amazing!

The best accommodation we stayed in in our trip. Perfect!

Pros: This place is absolutely the best! Perfectly designed and in a private yet central location with all the facilities of Uvita on your doorstep.

Pros: Beautiful studio for two, a well equipped small kitchen area, lovely patio and great pool which was shared with 2 other units and never busy. It was set back from the road so quiet. Everything was great except the bed.

Cons: ...Unfortunately the bed was really soft and uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep. If it hadn't been for that our score would have been higher.

Pros: The pool was lovely and it was a large space nearby bar and restaurants with secure parking.Check in was really easy and overall a lovely place.

Cons: It seemed a little unclean (kitchen was dusty) and the bathroom smelt strongly of drains. Also the curtains didn't cover all the windows so we felt a little exposed.

Lovely!

Pros: Loved my stay here! The little house has everything you need (kitchenette where you can make small meals, spacious bathroom, lovely terrace and pool…). It’s located in the center and has a big supermarket and breakfast spots within 5 min walking distance. Be aware that there is no host present on site, but they are very responsive and helpful through whatsapp. Definitely would recommend it!

Cons: While the house looks really nice and modern, it could be maintained a little be bit better.

A great place for a one night stay on our trip. Small but had everything you need.

Pros: Convenient and central but still quiet, modern and clean, good facilities and good value. Good parking and secure. Nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Overall good but light comes in early with limited blinds, fine for us, not if you want a late sleep;)

Amazing place

Pros: Amazing property! Beautiful, quiet, modern and spacious place! Great swimming pool and roofed parking. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: The best thing about this accommodation was Judith who took care of us. She was very helpful and always available. When we had a complain about our mattress, she immediately bought a new one and changed it. It made our sleep and stay at this villa 100% better! :) We also loved the shared pool and outside area a lot!

Cons: The kitchen could be better equiped. There could be some more shelves for clothes.

Wonderful stay, relaxation and rest!

Pros: We stayed with our 3-year daughter. The rooms were kept very clean, the beds were comfortable, everything was perfectly organized. A nice living room and two rooms. In one there was a large double bed, in the other two separate beds that could be put together. We will definitely come back there 🫶
