Great for the Price
Pros: I really liked the price and how clean everything was. The front porch was nice, the location was nice, and I loved the convenience of the beach being a 2 minute walk away. In the morning I could hear the waves from my window.
Cons: It’s not the fault of the accommodation itself, but the surrounding area was noisy at night.

Best value proposition in Coco, Family-owned business.
Pros: Excellent location (less than 5' walk from the main pier) for all your beach-focused activities, also offering the option to do your own cooking. Customer Service-driven personnel, facilities well taken care of.

Ideal affordable hostel, lovely host!
Pros: Ideal affordable hostel! Lovely host and very accommodating, good location close to town and the beach.
Cons: Only downside is that it’s a little too expensive for what it is but I think most places are around here!

Pros: The staff is amazing! It's a family and it's very welcoming. House is clean, you share kitchen and bathroom and both are daily clean. Very close to the beach and all the restaurant!
Cons: Seriously, nothing! I enjoyed everything! Highly recommended

Pros: The host is SO KIND and helpful. The location was great: on a quiet street but very close to the beach and main street. The room is a bedroom in a shared, Costa-Rica-style house, so it gives the feel of a more local stay (as opposed to foreign-styled hotels). There's also a kitchen guests can use, which helped us save money (Playa del Coco is expensive!!!).
Cons: The only things I didn't like were about Playa del Coco itself (it's expensive and feels more like America than Costa Rica). I have no complaints about the hotel, it was great!

Very clean, comfortable, one block from he beach, shops, restaurants..very friendly owners.
Pros: Coco Verde was amazing. The owners kept the place spotless. Lovely little casita. Beautiful kitchen area, tiled floors, lovely long wooden table in front of window that allowed breeze to flow in. I even had my own bedroom. 300 meters to the beach. Highly recommend. As a retired woman travelling solo, I felt very safe and secure.
Cons: nothing really

Great location, charming economy option
Pros: Excellent location, very close to the high street and beach. Charming and well maintained, but very basic. Being so close to the night life meant it was very noisy. Good value for money and perfect if you just need a place to crash.
Cons: A neighborhood cockerel prevented any sleeping in, and proximity to the tourist strip and beach gave us noisy nights.
