Casa Mapache

Pros: Really liked how private Casa Mapache was. Loved the idea of being able to make our meals in ' ranchero' they have near the pool. Was a little concerned at first of its location because we didn't have a car, but UBER was excellent. Only 15 minutes into Tamarindo. Our hosts went out way to be helpful, and pool staff worked very hard to keep grounds immaculate. Room was very spacious and large bathroom. No regrets AT ALL with Casa Mapache.

Thus place was beautiful and relaxing.

Pros: The room was beautiful, the common spaces (kitchen, outdoor area) were beautiful. The pool was perfect! There was so much thought put into this place and everything was so pretty.

Cons: You need a car to get around comfortably but if not, ride share is very easy to get!

Pros: This place was really amazing! The rooms feel very luxurious and stylish and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The pool and garden is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful to relax in. The shared kitchen is also very nice! The owners are so friendly and kind. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you for such a relaxing stay! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful stay for peace and quiet

Pros: It was so nice to spend a few days in this calm oasis after coming from the busy centre of Tamarindo. Rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. You have a nice patio area outside the front of each room to relax and listen to the birds and animals outside. The shared kitchen is huge and has everything you would need. Large and secure parking spaces. The owners are a lovely couple who are so welcoming and take the time to get to know you and make sure you are enjoying your stay. They also have lovely little dogs and cats. Merci beaucoup! :)

Cons: Would have preferred a door to the bathrooms rather than just a curtain.

Pros: Vi boede i den ene ende af det lille fine røde hus, som var så hyggelig. Swimmingpoolen var skøn og vi nød de rolige omgivelser. Stedet ligger i perfekt afstand til udflugter til Tamarindo og de andre omkringliggende små byer. Det kræver blot at du har en bil med. Vores vært Dominique var super venlig og hjælpsom. Vi håber at komme tilbage.

En oase av vakker natur og komfort.

Pros: Helt nydelig sted, herlig stor seng, flott nyoppusset bad. Bassenget er herlig og hagen en oase. Dominique er en oppmerksom og smilende vert.

Cons: Det hadde vært supert med tilgang til kjøkken 😊

Pros: המקום נעים החל מהכניסה לחנייה המוצלת בתוך המתחם, כניסה מרגיעה בשביל לגינה המטופחת באהבה המקיפה בריכה לא קטנה. החדר מעוצב בטעם טוב, נעים, מאוורר ונוח. נהננו להתרחץ בבריכה, לשבת במתחם האוכל המשותף, לצורכי עבודה, ארוחות שבישלנו במטבח המשותף המאובזר או סתם לשתות בירה או קפה. הבעלים היה מקסים, נידב הצעות למקומות שכדאי לראות בסביבה ונענה לכל בקשה. תמרינדו השוקקת נמצאת במרחק 20 דקות נסיעה קלה משם ותמיד נהננו לחזור לאווירה המחבקת והשקטה של המתחם. התמזל מזלנו לראות משפחת קופים שמגיעה לפעמים לצמרת העץ הוותיק וציפורים יפיפיות. תודה רבה

Calm, cool, and quite place in busy tamarindo

Pros: - large room size - great closet space - 20min from tamarindo main strip - large shower space - 3 cute pets on property

Cons: - they charge extra $1 for 250mL water bottles in the fridge - weak shower flow - hard to contact someone when trying to check in because no one is waiting outside their gate - rock hard mattress. gave me back pain

Pura vida! Sejour adreable au soleil

Pros: Dominique a su égayer notre séjour, toujours de bons conseils et aux petits soins, les équipement étaient très propres et adéquats, nous avons profité de la cuisine pour nous faire de petits plats, endroit calme avec piscine, parfait pour un couple dans ce havre de paix. Dominique nous a déposé à une pizzeria sympathique du coin et nous avons eu l’opportunité de partager un repas avant notre départ, Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible et calme où vous ressourcer, casa mapache est l’endroit parfait, Merci :)
