Pros: Nice location near the river. Enjoyed the privacy. Super swimming pool. Nice staff. Good restaurant. Room was very simple but comfortable. The only negative aspect was the smell from the shower drain.

Would certainly recommand it and would stay there again (longer this time)

Pros: Very friendly staff. The receptionist made all the effort to make our stay pleasant. The restaurant (Italian) had a good quality and a lot of costaricains go there to eat, which is a garant for good quality. The infrastructure is very clean and has a lot of space.

Pros: The hotel itself is really nice and modern, the pool and jacuzzi were great and the Italian restaurant just amazing. Breakfast was very good, we tried the American version.

Cons: The check in experience was the worst ever. The guy felt really disengaged, we had to ask for everything, he gave us no information proactively, none. Oh, sorry, just that we had to pay 2 more breakfasts. The reservation was for 4, breakfast included, but he explained just 2 breakfasts were included, we had to pay for the others. I would have appreciated the transparency at booking. For this reason, we will not stay there again. I would always return for the food, though, when in the area.

Pros: Beautiful location with a lot of nature, comfortable rooms with good bed, airco and bathroom. Pleasant restaurant at the premesis.

Cons: The entrance is really closed between 20h and 8h, so make sure you combine with the hotel if you arrive outside those hours.

Erica, Charly, Johan and team zijn geweldig!
