Finca Quietud

Being a guest and feeling at home at the same time.

Pros: A nice, clean room with eye for detail. An incredible view from the terrace (during breakfast). The hospitality of the hosts. One of the best breakfasts we ever had.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The hostess Marie is lovely and makes sure your stay is very special. Just a one night stay but we would've have loved to stay longer. Quiet. Peaceful.

An unbelievably beautiful place.

Pros: If it were possible to give a rating higher than 10, this place and the hosts would definitely deserve it. The finca is located far from road noise, on a hill overlooking the jungle. Red macaws fly right past the property, howler monkeys live in a neighboring tree, and hummingbirds come for breakfast — a true paradise! At the same time, everything in the cottage is done with great attention to small touches: excellent beds and mattresses, high-quality bathroom fixtures, a perfectly clean pool, and absolutely incredible breakfasts. Thank you, Marie!

Cons: It’s a pity we stayed for only one night

In search of scarlet macaws

Pros: Marie was very welcoming. The room was great and very modern. The location is good and we saw scarlet macaws in the trees on the property. The breakfast was all home made and of a high standard. The pool was warm maybe a bit small but still lovely.

Cons: The access road was very bumpy.4WD prefered but not essential

Very comfortable stay in the middle of nature

Pros: We stayed here for our last night in Costa Rica and it was the perfect ending to our trip. The house is very peacefully located in nature, and we felt incredibly lucky to spot so many macaw birds. The host is very attentive, the rooms super clean, and breakfast was such a treat! Everything was homemade, really delicious. We could see a lot of care and attention has been put in this place.

Fantastic new place, with high standard, great pool and view

Pros: Fantastic place, high standard (furniture, bed, shower etc) with amazing view, room and pool area. The hostess, Marie, took very well care of us, providing a welcome tray with drinks, fruits and pasteries), and an excellent breakfast (best we had in CR). This is such a chill place, the only thing we heard was the Ara parrots flying by. I give this place my highest recommendations.

Pros: Hele mooie omgeving, vooral veel vogels. Prachtig zwembad, mooie kamer. Heel goed ontbijt. Super vriendelijke host.

Pros: Das Zimmer und Badezimmer perfekt Sauber Es gab verschiedene Kaffee und Tee Sorten zum probieren. Das Frühstück war herausragend und sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Es war ein perfekter Abschluss für unseren Costa Rica Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Pros: Die Gastgeberin Marie war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir sind abends erst später angekommen und wir bekamen noch ein paar Früchte und Wasser. Am nächsten Tag gab es ein sehr leckeres Frühstück auf der Terasse. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Ausblick ist mega schön. Die Zufahrt ist eine längere Schotterpiste, diese kann man aber auch ohne Geländewagen einfach bewältigen.
