Amazing stay at this country chalet in Monteverde.Saw plenty of birds and cool leafcutter ants around the property. It

Pros: Excellent location and very peaceful. Walking distance to Cafe Monteverde, CASEM and Stella’s.

Very comfortable and beautiful property

Pros: Beautiful home with a long history in the town of monteverde. The location is perfect. Close to the town and yet it’s isolated. There were lots of birds and animals to watch. The host was very responsive to our communications. The place is clean. The beds are comfortable, and there is a great washer and dryer.

Cons: There are screens in the bedrooms but not in the living room. It was hot and we couldn’t open the windows without inviting all the insects.
