Pros: A pleasant little house with a view of the valley. There is a balcony where you can sit. The room has air conditioning, a shower, and good internet.

Cons: The descent to the cottages is quite steep and the road is narrow, so it may be difficult to drive up, but we had no problems.

Nice cabin with astounding views

Pros: Lovely cabin with incredible views across the valley. Worth getting up early to see sunrise. Comfortable bed, good WiFi, good food in the restaurant

Cons: The cabins are down a very steep, winding access road. The walk back up to the restaurant is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Pros: We stayed there many times already because we love the place! Especially cozy cabins, amazing view and looking at stars at night. The price is great, we will stay there again and again in the area.

Breathtaking View, cozy and clean cabins, affordable price!

Pros: These cabins are one of my absolute favorites in Costa Rica. Don’t expect luxury—they are small, cozy houses perched on a steep slope with breathtaking views of the river and the vast landscape beyond. In the morning, the sun peeks through your window, instantly setting the perfect mood for the day. The cabins are surrounded by lush tropical greenery, and the beautiful veranda offers a perfect spot to admire the stars, watch birds, and take in the stunning views. The price-to-quality ratio is amazing—they are very affordable. There is also a restaurant on-site, which boasts a spectacular view as well

Good option on your way switching from caribian coast to pacific

Pros: Really nice location. A cosy wooden cabin with balcony.

Cons: Well, the road from the main road down to the cabins is steep. It is paved, but you better feel comfortable driving, as the field of vision is limited if it goes up/down that steep…

Very lovely lodges with privacy and fantastic view

Pros: Very cozy lodges, fantastic view of the valley, well located close to the main street but very quiet, wifi in the room

Sunrise over the valley

Pros: We stayed in a deluxe queen room/cabin. It was was clean and spacious with glass sliding doors to the veranda. The view overlooking the river and valley was beautiful. This made waking up to an amazing sunrise. We saw many wonderful birds from our room. The restaurant was conveniently located at the top of the property with more views and had many dishes to choose from. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to others. Thank you

Your own bungalow, like in the middle of the jungle.

Pros: it’s been really incredible. The bungalows are going downhill from the reception and restaurant. The deeper down your bungalow is located, the more it feels and sounds like being in the middle of the jungle. i was just sitting on my own private terrace the whole evening long to enjoy the sounds of nature. For me it was an incredible experience. i could have stayed a day longer. Very friendly staff, who even speak English.

Cons: The only thing I missed was a table and chair inside the room, but I sat outside on the terrace all the time anyway. I had to drive round a bit to find it, as the location is in fact 2km south of the spot where it’s indicated on booking.com

Fantastic stay and would be wonderful for a personal retreat.

Pros: Was like being in a natural paradise. The cabins are beautiful, comfortable and cozy. I loved waking up to the sound of birds, and beaming sunshine through the window with a spectacular view.

Cons: Breakfast is not included and restaurant only opens at 9:30am.
