Lovely stay, great owner and amazing boat tour!
Pros: The confort of a great value real Costa Rican house. Not luxury but we never expected or paid for that. Great large bed abd extrenely clean bedding. Hot show was an added bonus. Roberto and his wife were a lovely couple

Pleasant stay at CasaBlanca: excellent starting point to enjoy birds and wildlife
Pros: CasaBlanca is a typical Tico house in the middle of the village next to the park. The owner, Robert, is an excellent host. A visit to Canho Negro is best in February/March/April during the dry season (more crocodiles and birds!). However, we during the rainy season it's very quiet and we still saw a variety of animals and birds. We did two boat tours offered by Robert's company (Colibri Tours) with an excellent guide and saw spider monkeys, sloths, a deer, agouti's and many birds, among them the Black Coloured Hawk, Trogons, Herons, Kingfishers and a rare Manakin. We had good meals at the Fogon restaurant. A visit to Canho Negro and a stay at the CasaBlanca is highly recommended.
Cons: There's no kitchen stove, but there is a microwave, rice cooker etc.

2 perfect days in Canõ Negro
Pros: Robert did everything to make our 2day stay incredible. The refriturator was fallen with goods and he provided us with fruits from his garden. Excellent! The boat tour early in the morning he organized was the best of our 4 week vacation.

Gewoon goed en de boottocht op de rivier is super
Pros: Om er te komen moet je eerst kilometers over een onverharde weg met kuilen. Maar als je er eenmaal bent is het een mooi rustig dorpje waar echt heel veel vogels te zien zijn. Het huisje is gedateerd maar eigenlijk is er alles en het bed sliep prima Een ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaar die een privé boottour op de rivier met ons heeft gemaakt. Die boottocht is echt een dikke aanrader!!!
Cons: Huis zou gemoderniseerd mogen worden.

Pros: L'appartamento è spartano però c'è tutto anche per far da mangiare e anche la lavatrice. Camera grande con condizionatore. Ma quello che ci è piaciuto di più la gentilezza dell'hosting Robert, simpatico e bravo. Ci ha consigliato dove cenare e la mattina ci ha fatto fare un tour in barca fornendoci tante indicazioni sugli uccelli, rettili, e altre cose.
Cons: La porta del bagno da cambiare.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft direkt gegenüber des Bootssteges.
Pros: Ruhige Lage, voll ausgestattetes Haus, sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich um das Wohl der Gäste sorgt. Frische Früchte auf dem Tisch.

Pros: Wir hatten eine super Zeit hier. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, auch zum Kochen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage & Wifi. 😀 Der Besitzer Robert war sehr nett und hat unser Kleinkind sogar auf sein Pferd gelassen 😂. Die ganze Familie hat uns sogar zu einem Ausflug eingeladen. Außerdem hat er für uns eine Bootstour organisiert bei der wir sehr viele Tiere gesehen haben. Kommen gerne wieder! Können es sehr empfehlen! 😀

Pros: La casa è molto spartana, ma non lasciatevi confondere dalle apparenze. È molto pulita, i letti sono comodi e ci sono a disposizione una lavatrice e la cucina con una cuociriso e una padella elettrica. La cosa che però merita di più il soggiorno in questa struttura è il proprietario Robert, è stato incredibilmente disponibile e ci ha aiutato ad organizzare le nostre attività (ha una agenzia a Caño Negro, Colibrì tour). Si capisce che è appassionato di quello che fa e ama il luogo in cui abita.

La mejor ubicación. Recomendado 100%
Pros: El servicio de Robert es excelente. Nos contactó para el check-in y lo hicimos super rápido y sin problema. Incluso nos dió un tour por el muelle y nos llevó a la torre de observación. La ubicación es la mejor, cerca de un supermercado, un restaurente muy bueno y a 100 metros del muelle para hacer los tours. Recomendado 100%. No duden es hospedarse con Robert, la casa es grande, con cocina, lavandería y área social. El cuarto principal grande con baño privado. 10/10
Cons: Todo el servicio fue excelente
