Third-Floor Oceanview Condo with Access to Sparkling Pool

Fabulous

Pros: The flat was amazing. The facilities were excellent. It was spacious and incredibly well equipped. It had all sorts of extras like an air fryer, juicer and coffee machine. And even better it had things like coffee filters and a bag of coffee, all cleaning products, washing up liquid/powder, washing powder, bin bags, shampoo, etc so I didnt have to buy things like that when I got there. It had its own underground parking space. There was a lovely swimming pool at the apartment complex and access to a great beach club. I would love to go back.

Cons: The directions to the flat could have been clearer but once I got there it was fine!

Playa del Coco, lugar para conocer Guanacaste

Pros: En el mismo condominio hay muchas ofertas de alquiler, es un condominio donde rento frecuentemente. Es el primero en años que todo está en perfecto estado en su interior. La ubicación es estratégica, supermercados, restaurantes muy cercanos. Además de aquí se puede desplazar a playas de la zona bonitas, para disfrute familiar (Iguanita - hay que llevar para picar). El sistema de check in muy práctico, no depende de un horario de oficina. El complejo en sus zonas comunes es un lugar que se mantienen con los años.

Cons: Coffeemaker, un poco lento

A beautiful condo & great stay!

Pros: The condo was spacious, well appointed & my husband was very happy to use the airfryer! Large balcony with beautiful views, beds were comfortable & the pools very nice. Added bonus was the use of Pacifico Beach Club & their beautiful facility. Kevin was extremely helpful & accomodating!

Cons: With the heat, the long walk to the beach & then back up the hill tended to be a bit much. We had a golf cart (for only 1 day) & that was very helpful.

Pros: La ubicación estupenda , el área de las piscinas y con atención de bar, excelente. Todo muy ordenado y aseado.

Cons: Que no tiene ascensor en el edificio

Pros: La ubicación es excelente, lo mismo que las instalaciones.

Cons: El colchón de la segunda habitación no está en buenas condiciones por lo que una persona con problemas de espalda la pasaría mal. Por otro lado hay toallas muy desgastadas que no van acorde a lo lindo del lugar,

Our stay at the condo was very enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

Pros: Everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful! Entry to the property was easy and parking was nicely located near the stairs leading to the condo. The view was amazing and the entire place was spotless. Thanks!
