Great stay if you are in La Fortuna

Pros: Nice owner, we liked the pool and the bbq we could use House No. 1 is great and well equipped

Cons: It is bit mouldy but I guess that’s something normal in such an environment

Pros: Very nice surroundings, the grounds were beautiful. The house was very nice and more than we expected. Had the main house with 3 bedrooms.

Cons: Restrictions on music under the covered area outside.

Pros: וילה מקסימה מעץ במיקום מעולה בלה פורטונה, מרחק הליכה מכל המסעדות והחנויות במרכז העיר. מדובר למעשה במתחם של 3 וילות, שתיים יותר קטנות ואחר יותר גדולה בת 2 קומות (בה התגוררנו), סביב חצר מרכזית עם בריכה , ערסלים ואיזור ישיבה מרכזי. המתחם כולו מגודר, עם שער כניסה חשמלי, וחניה פרטית. הוילה הגדולה כוללת סלון, ומטבח מאובזר, ו 3 חדרי שינה בקומה השניה (השתמשנו ב 2 מהם). חדרי השינה גדולים וממוזגים והמיטות נוחות. רק לחדר אחד מקלחת ושירותים צמודים (יש מקלחת ושירותים נוספים לשאר).. המארחות יצאו מגדרן לוודא אם אנחנו צריכים משהו ועזרו בכל מה שביקשנו. הן מציעות גם עזרה בארגון אטרקציות באזור, אך לא נזקקנו.

Cons: הוילה נמצאת על גבול יער גשם (למשל ראינו על העצים ליד הוילה עצלן, אינגואנה וצפרדעים), העליה מהקומה הראשונה לקומה השניה היא למעשה בחוץ, ולכן גם הסלון והמטבח בקומה הראשונה וגם המסדרון בין החדרים בקומה השניה למעשה פתוחים החוצה דרך גרם המדרגות, שומעים את קולות היער בלילה וזה מקסים, אבל זה גם פתוח לפרפרים, יתושים וכד'. מסיבה זו אין גם מזגן בסלון (הוא בעצם לא חדר סגור, הוא פתוח החוצה דרך גרם המדרגות). לא כולם רגילים לקונספט הזה..

Very nice stay, cosy and comfy apartment!!

Pros: Well located, well maintained and fully equipped. The apartment was ready to receive us with everything you need to start (sugar/salt/oil/soap/etc).

Cons: Has to be paid in cash, otherwise the amount set in booking reservation is not the final one (above rental + taxes informed by booking, there is an additional 13% local tax not informed before)

Pros: La cabaña de madera es bonita, confortable y cómoda. Tiene una zona común compartida con otras dos cabañas muy completa y agradable

Cons: La iluminación es muy fría, faltaría algunos puntos de luz cálidos de ambiente y luz de lectura en la cama. La lavandería es muy cara, preguntar precio antes de encargar. Las habitaciones están desproporcionadas si viajan más de una pareja, para una familia grande perfecto.
