Wonderful

Pros: Clean! That's so important. Hot water showers. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new, high quality pots and appliances. Thanks to all the previous guests who took care of it. Covered parking is a plus in rainy Costa Rica. Owner is readily available, kind and knowledgeable. Check in easy with key box, and owner lives in property. Fenced in and felt very safe.

Cons: Loud music from the neighbors. Not the fault of the property. Other then that, very quiet area. Location is in a Tico area but not near any forest. Also, the description isn't clear- it's a not a 'one-bedroom' but rather a 'studio'. 2 double beds, kitchen, table & chairs, and wardrobe all in one room. Not a problem, but no privacy.

Amazing accommodation in sarapiqui area

Pros: The best accommodation I stayed in while in Costa Rica (I stayed in six different once this time). There was everything I needed, very clean, new, owner was very good and if you have car it is close to everything in sarapiqui area.

Beds comfortable. Linens clean & fresh. Kitchen well equipped.

Pros: The location is perfect as far as proximity to everything in the area. Many bird species frequent the trees around, including green macaws.

Cons: Noise. The neighbor’s dog barks nearly non-stop and even in the middle of the night. The neighbor’s rooster goes off as early as 2:30 am.

Pros: El lugar tiene muy buen espacio, cuenta con lo necesario para poder cocinar y las camas son muy cómodas. Además la atención fue excelente!

Pros: Ein sehr gepflegtes rustikales Haus auf dem Land. Es ist sehr geräumig und die Küche ist nahezu perfekt ausgestattet. Ein Plus ist auch die Klimaanlage. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge zu den Vulkanan Poas und Arenal. Hier kann man das Leben abseits der Touristenzentren kennen lernen. Perfekt wären noch zwei Campingsessel für die Terasse.

Pros: Mooi appartement enkele km buiten Sarapiqui. Goede bedden.

Cons: Toen we bij vertrek wilden betalen was niemand bereikbaar. Later weer teruggekomen om dit alsnog te doen.
