Clean, comfortable Good Value

Pros: The place was compact and ideally situated and very safe. Very clean and the staff helpful.

Cons: There was building noise beginning at 7.30am. Finished around 4pm, I think. I was usually not back until after 5pm & it was quiet then.

We had a great stay!

Pros: It was a great stay! We are a couple and we took the apartment with 2 rooms, one was for luggage and the other for sleeping. The apartment was large and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The rooms have excellent air conditioning and a TV. The patio in the apartment is exactly what you need when you are not at the beach. On top of all that, the staff is very friendly and always checked that everything was okay with us and that we were not missing anything. Excellent value for money and a good choice for those looking for an apartment in Santa Teresa.

Great place to enjoy Santa Teresa and surf

Pros: The studio offers all the facilities that we needed for our stay. It had a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, small terrace and nice shower with good pressure and hot water. The studio is located 5 minutes walking distance from playa del Carmen and main facilities like grocery stores, restaurants and surf board rental. It also offers internal parking. Very good Wi-Fi and good communication with the host and cleaning of the apartment is possible during the stay.

Enjoyed the stay, and would stay again, but with a smaller vehicle!

Pros: Great value for a little apartment; everything was clean, wonderful air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The back sitting area was cute, had a nice breeze, and was screened in for security.

Cons: The main challenge was parking the SUV in the parking lot; if you have a long vehicle, it might not fit easily. We were able to close the rolling gates with 2 inches to spare. Also, the rooms were not quite ready when we arrived at 2 pm, but were spotless once finished.

Instalaciones bien, trato bien, limpieza deficiente en ropa de cam

Pros: Está todo bastante nuevo, la ubicación genial, pese que no estaba la ropa del todo limpia. El trato fue perfecto

Cons: Las almohadas son muy muy deficientes su estado. Y las sábanas y toallas no están del todo limpias. Ni huelen a limpio. Y las sábanas tienen manchas.

Good value for money in a great location

Pros: Convenient location, well equipped, clean, comfortable and cozy. Nice little patio to sit on.

Vacaciones ideales

Pros: Ubicación, limpieza y la comunicación con el anfitrión. La comodidad de las habitaciones y las amenidades del apartamento. Todo cerca además, playa, comercio, etc

Ótima localização

Pros: A localização é ótima e a anfitriã muito solícita. O espaço é excelente e bem distribuído para um casal. Como trabalho on-line, posso assegurar que a internet é boa. Se você quiser ficar em casa curtindo uma TV há uma incrível variedade de canais no serviço contratado pela anfitriã. Deixaria como sugestão apenas adicionar alguns complementos à cozinha como um pequeno escorredor de louça e panos de prato. E também seria bom ter uma vassoura na casa. São coisas que fazem falta para quem fica mais de 2 dias por exemplo.
