Pros: The location is great. It is less than 10 minutes from the main road so you're very close to Uvita, but also you're in the hills, which means you get to enjoy the benefits nature has to offer. There is a river nearby so the temperature was very comfortable, and I could hear it flowing as I fell asleep. It made for a very comfortable night in nature, and if I had the time I would have loved to explore the trails around the house
