Nive n comforty gueasthouse with friendly, spanish speaking host

Pros: One nice kitchen 4 all in the basement, enough bathrooms for all, A/C in the rooms, nicely made courtyard, house is off the main roads!

Cons: only spanish spoken, House is hard to find due to the address in google maps. Parking situation difficult, when fully booked...

Pros: We were allowed to check-in earlier and stay after check-out in the shared areas. The location has a jungle feeling even though it is directly next to the town. Perfect if you have a rented car and with a tiny pool for refreshing yourself on a home day.

Cons: Our room was very small and the balcony is shared with another room and practically not usable.

Pros: Very clean with lots of space to cook own food. The host was very nice. They only spoke Spanish, but we could communicate with Google translate. The property is a little out of the main area, 15 min walk to a large supermarket and 15 mins to the beach

Cons: They have 2 properties listed on Google, and one is the wrong address. We ended up here on arrival, so double check the address on Google to avoid this happening.

The best place we stayed in Costa Rica

Pros: Beautiful place, so clean and in a great location. Incredible. Yethan is so kind. We can’t recommend it enough.

Great place!

Pros: Such a friendly family. they speak only Spanish, but with our basic Spanish words we could talk to each other. They were very helpful. Mama washed our clothes (extra service but very good!) and when I was hurt, Papa helped me to take care of my toe. Nice little swimming pool to refresh! Thanks for everything. You were great.

Wonderful place

Pros: Wonderful place, close to town but yet inside the forest.

Cons: It was all great

Good for short stay, even just for the kitchen.

Pros: Very clean. Nice garden Very well equipped kitchen so great if you want to cook your own meals Close to very beautiful beach

Cons: Room was small. Air con was too powerful so too cold to sleep with it on, but it was too hot without it. No mirrors, hooks or wardrobe in the room so no space to hang a towel or clothes. Nice space but the family live on the same property so it feels like you are in their home.

We stayed here for three nights, and asked for one more. The house is in the forest, so it is very nice. We saw monkeys

Pros: Everything was clean, the pool is refreshing, and the kitchen fully equipped

Cons: It is far away from the center of Uvita, but you have an easy access to the beach so it is okay and if you have a car, it is really east!!

Pros: La ubicación era excelente, los anfitriones eran un encanto, y la habitación era muy cómoda y tenía todo el alojamiento muy bien equipado y preparado

Cons: Lo único que podemos decir que estaba mal era la limpieza en los cuartos de baños que eran comunes
