Casa Patricia

Comfortable, welcoming and super clean and tidy.

Pros: We loved everything about Casa Patricia, the cleanliness, the comfort, the facilities and the warm welcome. The place was beautifully kept with all that we needed for a very comfortable stay. There were full kitchen facilities and washing facilities at a reasonable price. The host was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Pros: They have Everything you need, its a charming place, good vibe!

Pros: Spacious appartment with more then enough room for 2 people. Including balcony with simple private kitchen. Parking places right in front. Located on a 20 minute walk from the beach. And a few 100 meters of the main road. No staff present, but clear and extensive instructions were shared before arrival. Clean room, bathroom and overall clean property. Did not use the shared kitchen facility.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: The hostess is a very nice and friendly person, willing to provide a pleasant stay.

Cons: There are a few things that still need improvement, but the hostess is doing her utmost to make it happen.

Pros: Host was very welcoming and friendly. Room was a little small but comfortable. Great value for money 👍

Cons: There was a bar/restaurant that was a bit noisy for us-early risers.

Pros: Loved our stay there, the owner put so much love in all the little details, the casa really has a special vibe. The kitchen was the best equipped we had so far in Central america. Totally recommend!

Pros: Patricia, was a great host! Her aura and energy is so beautiful. The place was very clean and her instructions were on point. I happen to reach th stay around 11PM but managed to follow her instructions to find the keys and wifi password swiftly. In the morning she made me a good coffee and happened to attend a small workshop with her on yoga. It was a great experience! Many Thanks Regards, Pavan

Outdoor relaxing

Pros: Host Patricia makes you feel very welcome and answers all of your questions. I chose this location because it has the most charming balcony with lights turning on at night, it’s a fully equipped apartment, and it is close (walking distance) to Uvita city center (e.g. there’s the Wednesday food market, and the starting point of the Corcovado expedition by Pacific experience). Also, if you’re an animal lover, the welcoming of the cats and the neighbour’s dog will melt your heart. By the way: highly recommended: restaurant Mestizo, it has great food and the most amazing views! It was like watching National Geographic channel while enjoying lunch.

Pros: The place is in a perfect location. Close to the beach and close to other places. Patricia is helpful on all levels, and a great host. We did enjoy our stay.

Cons: For us it was not so visible that there are many different rooms and appartements. So there is not so much privacy. And for a couple with a child a bit small - specially the kitchen and eating area. ( we stayed for a week)

Wonderful place, Patricia is a great host.

Pros: Patricia is a great host. She was there most of the time and really helpful to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The room was great and clean. The house is in a very quiet place, but there are stores and restaurants nearby. Lovely place, would like to return there some day!

Cons: The beach is a bit of a walk (about 30mins) but supermarket and busstops are on the other hand close by. And you can also rent a bike.
