Great hotel for a stop in Limon

Pros: Good location on the edge of downtown Limon, everything in the town is within walking distance. Free parking was available, as we had the use of a car. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom and shower area. One of the tallest building in Limon so you get good views from the 4th floor.

Cons: The service at breakfast was sooooo slow, the first morning it took an hour from sitting down to getting the food. It appears that only one staff member per day does the breakfast serving. First day no smiles available, second day was better :-) Also, only 2 coat hangers available in our wardrobe if you were thinking of hanging stuff up

Pros: Good choice of breakfast and really welcoming receptionist. Room very good size. Excellent bathroom and all the Christmas decorations really made a sweet hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Would have loved a bit more variety. It was the same every day the typical Costa Rican breakfast. The staff were excellent and the place was clean

Cons: Would have loved Lotion in the bathroom and wash rags

A great place to stay whilst travelling through the area

Pros: We just needed somewhere safe to stay to break our journey from Manzanillo to Poas and this hotel did the job perfectly. Lovely room, good breakfast.

Cons: Nothing. We didn’t plan to go into Limon and were advised not to. But that was fine with us.

Great hotel and staff

Pros: The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. A/C and WIFI worked well. The staff was very professional and very helpful to us facilitating an early breakfast and arranging transport so we could make a tour we had booked. Also got a great dinner recommendation. Secure car parking is a big plus.

Cons: We didn’t like Limon but the hotel is great

Pleasant stay in Limón

Pros: Pleasant , new hotel Nice staff , Christopher the barman made amazing pinaclaudas , the pool was nice The food in restaurant was reasonable

Cons: No coffee machine or kettle in the room , the breakfast was very boring after two days , the same thing everything not much option apart from eggs done different way The Ac stopped working in our room, but the staff handed it well and give us a new room with working Ac.

Pros: Loved the fact it was new and not crowded. The staff were excellent and provided services and precise information. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Cons: Puerto Limon es solo un lugar de paso, no es lindo ni tiene nada interesante para ver, aunque por el precio del hotel no se consigue nada de las mismas caraceristicas en Puerto viejo. El ultimo dia demoraron muchisimo en brindar el desayuno, probablemente por alguna ausenca de personal. Si hubiese estado apurado, no hubiese podido tomar el desayuno
