Pros: The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Luis was great and accommodated our request for an early breakfast. Great stay

Cons: The road getting there isn't the greatest but it's just a short bit of road.

A great place to stop over for the night. We loved it

Pros: The team were incredibly kind and helpful. We loved the mirador and saw a toucan in the morning. Playing table tennis and snooker was fun too.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: We visited for one night at a quiet time of year, not many other guests. The host was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the different birds (despite our limited Spanish). He cooked us a great breakfast. The room was large, rustic but clean and comfortable. We loved meeting the dogs too.

Pros: Beautiful place in quiet surroundings. Gardens are really impressive and the accommodation is comfortable. Perfect place to unwind for a couple days. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great location to enjoy beautiful views of the green surroundings, close to turrialba park for some hiking, lovely owner who tries to accommodate your wishes - he even ordered dinner in for us an got it from the restaurant as it was raining (thanks again :)), breakfast is lovely!

Best place close to nature

Pros: During our entire stay across different places in Costa Rica, this was by far the best place my family and I enjoyed. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the staff was phenomenal. When we arrived, Luis welcomed us and personally showed us around the property. He went above and beyond to make sure our family felt comfortable. He even noticed that we might need extra blankets and, without us asking, thoughtfully arranged additional blankets and a portable heater for us. The next morning, we had to leave earlier than the standard breakfast time. Luis himself prepared and presented breakfast for us. It was the best breakfast we had compared to other hotels unique, delicious, and fresh. We truly wish we had more time to stay here. We’ve already decided that we will return in the future to stay longer and fully enjoy this beautiful, natural place.
