Hotel Boruca Tamarindo

Pros: It is a very nice hotel, in the middle of Tamarindo. Close to supermarket, the night market, ... , close to everything. The room was very good, comfortable bed, AC, nice pool. But the best was Angelo, he was always helping people, always with a nice mood, really enjoying his job. We lost our key, he stayed longer than he must in order to support us and help us get an extra key. He was playig nice music and making Pura vida vibes. This is the kind of worker who makes a difference. In addition, the rooms were very clean 👌🏼

Better than we could have imagined, we would both highly recommend this hotel to anyone that will listen!

Pros: Value for your money! The staff and owners are extremely kind and make sure to meet every need. I stayed with my best friend for a few days and we both absolutely loved it. The pool is fabulous, breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants about 3-5 minute walk. Very close to wildlife as well which I loved, parrots, howler monkeys, singing birds, iguanas!

Cons: Maybe just that the curtains were a bit see through

Pros: The room was lovely - spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons: The pool area is lovely but it wasn’t very clean

Good stay but nothing more!

Pros: The hotel was really close to the beach (around 500m) and bars and restaurants. The rooms were also nice and comfortable, however the bathroom was not the cleanest. The breakfast was good but nothing special.

Cons: The bathroom was not too clean and it felt s bit outdated.

Pros: Great location, no issues with parking, comfy room with a good shower and aircon. Outside areas were lovely and well cared for, pool was great. Wildlife in the trees to back. Breakfasts were really good and staff were welcoming and professional. We had a great stay. We loved Tabu bar 5 mins away on the beach and Oveja restaurant just across the road. Nearby supermarket

Cons: Nothing - all good

Pros: The staff were really friendly and kind, and kept our luggage while we went to the beach. Breakfast was delicious and location was great. Room was comfortable. The setting of the hotel is also nice and lush with lots of trees.

Pros: Nice art deco hotel room however situated on a busy street. Don't forget your earplugs and bug spray. Good breakfast.

Pros: We liked everything about our stay. The hotel is in a good location, close to everything in Tamarindo. Angelo was great and very helpful.

Pros: Great location, very close to town and a small supermarket, the room had hot water and was very clean, overall great value for the money.

Excellent location! A short walk to everything you want with peace and quiet at night.

Pros: Pool and garden area was fab, also a chance to do yoga classes each morning. It rained the majority of the time we were there, so didn’t make the most of the great shared outdoor space this time but hopefully we’ll be back to try again!
