A magical place & hosts, a unique experience that will stay as one of the best memories from costa rica!
Pros: Everything! The best balcony ever!! Lovely people, kind, warm and truly nature lovers. Delicious food, great company, animals all around- peaceful and beautiful, for us it was perfect!! It’s not just a place to stay it’s a complete experience.
Cons: Nada. Didn’t want to leave!

A great experience with really enthusiastic owners
Pros: We loved this place. The rainforest view from our elevated cabin did not disappoint. The thing we had not appreciated is, that for the price, you get all your meals with home cooked food and loads of time with the super enthusiastic Karina as your guide for early morning forest hikes, night time torch lit safaris around the farm and for visits to the nearby national parks. If you’re up for throwing yourself into a pretty muddy rainforest located, nature surrounded farm experience you will have a great time. Book at least two nights so you don't miss out on the extra activities. Some photos from our visit attached.
Cons: Well it was the rainy season so there is a lot of mud, and boy is the drive up to the farm bumpy!

Pros: Une nuit absolument magique passée dans la forêt à côté du Río Céleste ! 🌿✨ Les hôtes sont adorables et nous avons merveilleusement bien mangé. Franzi propose des visites nocturnes passionnantes pour observer les animaux. C’était une expérience vraiment unique ! La chambre, ouverte sur la forêt, offre une vue imprenable et une immersion totale dans la nature. Ici, pas d’électricité ni de fenêtres : une vraie déconnexion, pour notre plus grand bonheur. Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Super besonderer Aufenthalt
Pros: Sehr schöne saubere Hütte mit tollen Ausblick. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und bemüht. Sie kochen komplett selbst und machen mit Begeisterung eine Nachtwanderung
Cons: Wir fanden es gar nicht schlimm, aber man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es in der Hütte selbst kein Strom und WLAN gibt. Sein Handy kann man bei den Gastgebern im Nachbarhaus laden, dort gibt es auch WLAN

The getaway we needed!
Pros: Wow, this place was the best! TBH it wasn't what I expected. I didn't realize how remote it was (and that the room wouldn't have electricity) when I booked the place. BUT, the whole experience was amazing. The hosts really have created this unplugged, tranquil getaway that was exactly what we needed. The view from the bedroom was breathtaking and the ability to just wake up and be surrounded by nature was just as I hoped it would be. The hosts also went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. I had a head cold and they made me tea with fresh oregano from their garden and even personally went looking for wildlife for me at night so I wouldn't have to walk around out in the cold. If you want an experience that is off the beaten path but still tailored to your needs then this is a great find. Thanks Eco Lodge for helping us have such a great experience!
Cons: The only downside was not being able to charge my phone in my room, but other than that this place was great.

Pros: O local é incrível, a vista é linda e o passeio noturno foi maravilhoso. A kari é atenciosa e nos tirou todas as dúvidas sobre animais e plantas da Costa Rica. A natureza aqui é estonteante. Sugiro ficar pelo menos 2 dias.
Cons: Simplesmente tudo ótimo. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Mas vá preparado, porque a eletricidade ainda é restrita, mas não faz falta, leve baterias.

Pros: La plongée dans la nature au milieu de la forêt et l’accueil exceptionnel de Freiser et Carina. Le petit nid aménagé au milieu de nulle part est un vrai dépaysement !

Lieu magique!
Pros: Le lieu est exceptionnel et Freisy and Carina sont hyper gentils et généreux. Si vous aimez une immersion totale dans la nature et de vraies rencontres avec les locaux, vous êtes au bon endroit!

Moment Magique .
Pros: Tout ! … C est véritablement une expérience à vivre …. Déconnexion totale . Ce logement est unique !! Inoubliable !… Encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse, leur sens du service ( la balade dans les champs d ananas !!! entre autres ) La nourriture est excellente et la chambre est de tout confort. Bonne chance à ce projet et Pura Vida !!

Natur hautnah erleben mit authentischen und professionellen Gastgebern
Pros: Was soll ich sagen: wir haben Silvester hier gefeiert und haben zwei Nächte hier verbracht. Wir werden die Unterkunft, die Natur und die Beiden nie mehr vergessen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, Fresy and Carina haben uns die Unterkunft und ihr Leben vor Ort gezeigt. Wir haben stundenlang mit den Beiden gequatscht und haben sehr viel Spaß zusammen gehabt. Wir haben zusammen gekocht, zusammen gegessen. Carina kocht wundervoll, soo lecker! Nachts haben wir immer eine Nachtwanderung gemacht, wo wir der Red-Eye-Frog, eine Schlange und viele andere Tiere sahen. Tagsüber haben wir eine kostenlose Tour von Carina im Nationalpark bekommen, sie weiß so viel über Pflanzen, Tiere und die Umgebung. Das WiFi dort ist sehr schnell, sie haben Starlink, es gibt warmes Wasser zum Duschen und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Schwerenherzens mussten wir abreisen. Es war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, was wir nicht mehr vergessen werden. Danke für alles!!
