Seguro, familiar y en buena locación

Pros: The host Gianni was super helpful and hospitable. I will definitely come back to this same place next time I am in Manuel Antonio. Neighbours are all friendly too. Located in front of a restaurant and a corner shop for all essentials. Great location.

Pros: Very clean apartment with AC. Has all the basic equipment needed in the kitchen. Shower is warm and powerful. Host very friendly and happy to provide information on the area.

Pros: Beautiful room and very spacious. The host was there to welcome us and give us tips for the area. The room was very clean and very well equipped. Supermarket is literally 10 meters away as well as a nice restaurant.

Pros: Apartment was large and spacious and very well presented. Kitchen had the essentials in if you needed them. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. He helped to sort out transfers and helped us to make the most of our trip. Thanks

Pros: The value for money for the size of the property is very good. If anything I had too much room for just me! it was really comfortable and Johnny was super helpful.

Cons: I don’t have a Criticism, it is easily accessible to restaurants and the beach because of the bus. it is a bit noisy at night with the sound of the nature but that’s what Manuel Antonio is for!

He was an incredibly kind and helpful host, always ready to offer recommendations and advice to make our trip to Manuel Antonio truly unforgettable. His apartment was the perfect choice for us, with its spacious and comfortable layout, ideal location, and unbeatable price. The apartment was located in a prime spot, surrounded by great restaurants and just a short 15-minute public bus ride or 8-minute cab ride from Manuel Antonio National Park. We found the apartment to be very spacious, providing plenty of room for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Gianni's apartment for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable base for their trip to Manuel Antonio. His warm hospitality and excellent accommodations made our vacation truly special.

Falta aire Acondicionado en todo el depto

Pros: El lugar es muy espacioso,pero solo tiene aire acondicionado en el dormitorio por lo que el resto del departamento, casi no se puede ocupar por lo caluroso que es en la época que yo fui

Pros: Le logement était spacieux et propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. L'emplacement est très bien, proche du centre et des petits commerces.

Cons: L'emplacement est très bruyant, il y a des rassemblements de groupe tard le soir et tôt le matin juste devant le logement.. ce n'est pas insonorisé, comme la plupart des logements au costa rica. Le logement est sombre car il n'y a qu'une seule fenêtre à l'entrée. On ne peut pas se faire à manger car il y a le strict minimum dans la cuisine ( pas de four, ni de micro-onde ou de plaques de cuisson) Pas de savon dans la douche.
