Crocs Resort & Casino

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the kids loved the pool. The food in the restaurants was delicious and I really liked the coffee shop.

Cons: I can’t think of anything

Enjoyed the hotel even in rainy season.

Pros: Beautiful property. Big rooms. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Casino games were old. Food was good but a bit pricey.

Relaxing stay with family

Pros: We went with our daughter and teenaged granddaughter. We all really enjoyed the hotel, the pool and the food.

Cons: The only thing that we didn't like is that breakfast wasn't included and it was quite pricey, $40.00

Great hotel

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, room was much bigger than expected, very clean, great pool, great service

Cons: You can hear a lot of noise from the room- the corridor has marble floors and it echoes with footsteps, voices and doors closing - you may want to consider bringing ear plugs, wasn't a problem for me as I always travel with ear plugs. Suggestion: it would be good if the shower had a detachable hose- easier to wash off after the beach and also clean the bath after use

Convenient, comfortable stop over

Pros: We only stayed overnight as we were traveling south.

Cons: Everything was great.

Over all I would recommend Crocs.

Pros: Alejandro greeted me spin my arrival and instantly made me feel special. Indira and the other 2 girls at the front desk were so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. All three girls are in your video.

Cons: The view description is a little misleading. It’s described as beach front. The picture makes it look like you open your door to the beach. As you well know that’s impossible. The room smelled extremely musty. My big disappointment was that there wasn’t a hot jacuzzi. This is one of my favorite things on vacation. I asked and was told they don’t heat them. That makes no sense to me. How about 1 hot and one not.

Lovely hotel, would go again

Good Location, nice beachfront, facilities and pool.

Pros: Location was good and not too close to downtown Jaco.

Cons: There was an issue with the option to purchase breakfast for $15. Crocs says there is an problem between was Booking advertised and them. They would only honor pricing if I pre-paid for everyday which i did not want since I was leaving for excursions before 7 am. Breakfast service starts after 7 am.

Pros: Very helpful and wonderful staff!! Beautiful outdoor experience. Excellent food.
