The best hotel for partying in Jaco

Pros: Great staff, friendly, kind, helpful, polite Hotel full of joy and activities. (Hotel for partying, mo for relaxing). Beach front, Great location We were allowed to stay in the hotel before check in and after check out.

Cons: Please, it's necessary a lift for the housekeeping team. No.money can pay a back injury. Check the air con. It was very noisy, and we had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

Pros: The place was good, very good for families and kids pool is perfect, beach very close by.

Cons: Outside area cleanliness could be improved—there were cocktail glasses left around the pool from the previous day

I would return and recommend people to stay here

Pros: Perfect location the hotel is not too big so easy to get around and only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and other places of interest. The beds were comfortable The room was clean and spacious. The food was plentiful and adequate for an all-inclusive.

Pros: In general everything was very good, the room was clean and comfortable the restaurant had a great variety of food, the pool area was clean and all of the staff polite and very helpful.

Cons: Sometimes it would’ve been nice to have slightly quieter music by the pool but that is just my opinion.

Average hotel in a good location

Pros: Centrally located for the beach and close to bars and restaurants.

Cons: The all inclusive option is average… I’m not a fussy eater but really struggled with the food in the hotel.

What I needed

Pros: I was able to relax and to take it easy, which was my objective. The people are friendly, the pool area is nice and the access to the beach is convenient. It's good to have coffee, drinks, food all the time within easy reach. The food is fine, it's not a gourmet buffet, but it is tasty and varied. It's located right in front of the bus terminal, and on the lively High Street.

Cons: As a lot of people say, it is a bit dated, but not in a critical way. At dining times the restaurant gets crowded, but it's nothing that should make you feel uncomfortable or stressed. Just queue for a bit and it is fine. It might me loud some times, there are pool activities with music, but the hotel is big and you can look for a space away from the noise. If you like to go to bed early on the weekends, it might be difficult to sleep. I was there Saturday and Sunday night with the loud sound going off at 23:00. That was fine for me, but maybe not to everyone.

Pros: The New Years Eve Party was really great. A lot of effort was made for decoration, very delicious food and great music to party and dance. The food was overall really good and offered a lot for different taste. We like to eat more healthy and were happy that there was a good offer for us too. The location is nice at the Beach and close to the city center.

Cons: The hotel is a bit old and would need some renovation of the rooms. The music at the Pool was very loud and so it was difficult to rest.
