High end property that felt like a home away from home

Pros: This property was lovely, was comfortable for our family and we enjoyed meeting others who were staying there and sharing the families with us. The stuff was helpful and is doing a great job maintaining the grounds and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great value and conmfortable house. Make sure youve got the entry protocols in order!

Pros: Grounds were nice and the pool was clean and ready for guests. The house is nice with all good amenities in the kitchen and bedrooms. overall good value for the money.

Cons: Everything was good but no one wrote to us to confirm the first night/ pay that fee to confirm rezo. We arrived at 830 pm and had to bang on the door for another renter to let us in. We did not see the host until the next morning but were fortunate to be let in as i was traveling with wife and 4 yr old after European flight of 14hours. I didnt realize we had the 13% ontop of the fee as well so i wasnt prepared with cash and they didnt have a way to run credit cards easily. some functionality was lacking obviously

Pros: Le logement mais surtout l'amabilité des hôtes qui ont été ultra disponibles et arrangeants. Katty et son époux ont été d'une grande aide lors de notre séjour. Nous les remercions chaleureusement pour leur soutien.

Pros: La casa en general muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario.

Cons: Me parece que debe hacerse una revisión de la piscina a primera hora. Puede que haya algo que disguste dentro de la piscina

Comfortable, but has little issues

Pros: Beautiful little house, has mostly everything you would need. Comfortable rooms, and very nice common area with the pool.

Cons: Didn’t have a coffee maker, we were told it was broken and would get a replacement on the next morning, but we never did. There is no AC on the living room, only the bedrooms. We were working remotely, and spent a good amount of time in the living room, so it was an issue. Especially when it’s time to cook and the kitchen gets hot. It’s not as close to the beach as you would think, taking into account the hot days it’s better to go driving instead of walking. We booked it specifically because it said that had a washing machine and dryer, and since we were on a long holiday we needed it. I does have it, but we were told we couldn’t use it either the first or second day, and that we had to leave our clothes for someone else to wash and dry them which made us uncomfortable.

Pros: Beach Walk nos pareció excelente, mejor que en las fotos. La villa era hermosa, grande y cómoda. Tiene 3 habitaciones, 1 cama king, 2 individuales y un camarote. Tiene solo 1 baño. La cocina es grande y tiene de todo para cocinar, hasta una freidora de aire que me pareció genial. La piscina no es muy grande pero prácticamente la teníamos para nosotros. El rancho exterior está súper y el espacio para la parrilla excelente (lleven carbón) Hay suficientes paños para el baño y la piscina. La cama y almohadas eran cómodas. El AC y Wi-Fi funcionaron bien. Hay un espacio grande para tender la ropa y una mesa exterior.

Cons: Playa avellanas no nos encantó, es un mar muy agitado y fuerte para ir con niños, intentamos pasar por el manglar y tuvimos que dar la vuelta porque la marea estaba subiendo (pregunten primero antes de intentar pasar por ahí) pero es genial si les gusta el surf. La calle para llegar está en mal estado, eso fue lo único malo de esta estadía. Fueron muchos kilómetros que teníamos que ir muy despacio pues nuestro carro es bajo. En el pueblo no hay muchas opciones para comprar comida o despensa lo mejor es ir a Tamarindo pero por el estado de la calle tampoco es lo mejor. Si son pocos días les recomiendo comprar todo antes de llegar. Para no perderse al llegar por favor pongan un letrero grande de las dos propiedades que administran, así no hay confusión.

Pros: We had a great stay. The rooms are huge and the wifi worked great.

Cons: Plan ahead and map the location ahead of time. The buildings are behind a facility with a similar name, so it can be tricky.

Pros: Además de ser hermoso, desde que uno llega se siente como en casa, desde que lo vi pensé que podría vivir a ahí perfectamente, ya que las Villas son cosas de lujo con todas las comodidades

Cons: Me gustó lo grande que es, la atención del personal y el fácil acceso

Bastante privado, familiar y acogedor!

Pros: Me encantó lo espacioso de la villa, es bastante amplia y está completamente equipada, tiene closet bastante grande en las habitaciones, el estilo de la cabaña, la privacidad del lugar, es muy acogedor y familiar. Tenía un par de reuniones de trabajo y el Internet nos funcionó bastante bien, tienen una variedad de vinos españoles bastante deliciosos, además Katty nos recibió, nos mostró la villa y quedamos muy contentos desde un inicio. Definitivamente volveríamos!!!

Pros: The location was perfect for beaching & wildlife. Our hosts were very accommodating and even put up a ramp for our family member to visit.

Cons: The villa could use a good deep clean.
