Pros: Spacious modern house with large kitchen and living room space, two nice bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms. Having a plunge pool and outdoor space (including barbecue) was much appreciated. The property is managed by a professional real estate company, who is very responsive. Very safe and upscale environment in a gated community up the hill from Brasilito. Car is highly recommended.

Cons: We would have enjoyed it more if the outdoor furniture would have been more comfortable. The wooden sun loungers, wooden bench and table and the plastic chairs would be more tolerable with some cushions (we asked, none were available). The car parking spot is fully exposed to the sun - perhaps a sun sail to provide a bit of shade could be installed? Other than that, there were a few minor wear and tear issues, but still a great stay.
